If you seriously believe that those kids get to live a completely free and 'normal' life you are a bigger fool than I already believed you to be.

Their lives are still in the hands of family, the same fucked up family that created MJ. The same old enabling twat that raised him. Not to mention, the same fucked up genetics.

I am waiting for one or more of the three to be onstage, performing, raking in my money for the Jackson coffers.

The reality is, those kids haven't got a chance at normal.

i remember seeing a comment by Joe Jackson about how one of the boys was a really good dancer and he wanted to get him into performing. Joe Jackson is a nutball and the bad kind of sadist.
there is no such thing as "normal" for those kids, and there never will be, with or without Michael.

Ahhhyup.

To OP:

Conrad Murray had the legal duty here, despite what Michael Jackson may or may not have done, period.  Micheal Jackson had no duty running to Conrad Murray.  Murray was ethically and legally required to look out for his one and only patient, Micheal Jackson.  Thankfully, in this country, juries are the factfinders and found Murray to be a killer. There was ample evidence, beyond any reasonable doubt, if even only from Murray's taking Propofol out of a hospital setting where there is emergency equipment into a dangerous, unmonitored bedroom setting where he administered the drug to his paitent (which, by the way, no one had ever heard before having been done). Next, Murray abandoned his patient, whom he'd sedated with drug coctails including Propofol, which requires constant visual monitoring.  Finally (although there were many more facts proving guilt), Murray, monstrous coward that he is, failed to tell medics and emergency personnel  -- who might have been able to save Michael Jackson -- that he had administered Propofol.  That's a doctor who is putting his patient first-- fulfilling his ethical and legal duties?  Even the defense doctor witnesses said they'd never take this kind of "job" that Murray took, to supply Jackson with the drugs he may have wanted for a price.  Murray should have said "no" from day one and if he honestly wanted to help Jackson get off drugs (versus his patently transparent claim that he was weaning Jackson off), he should have put together an expert team, stat.  Hopefully, this verdict will put a serious damper on those alleged Hollywood doctors who, for a price, or fame, or whatever, gladly let their patients dictate their drug intake, instead of the other way around.  BTW, I have known several addicts and know how manipulative they can be.  Doesn't matter.  Doctors have the clear duty to say, "no," and either turn the addict away, and/or help the addict get the proper help.  Not sayin' it's easy, just the way it should ethically and legally be done.

I don't think there is a bit of Jackson DNA in any of those children. That is their only hope.

At what point did I say "completely free and 'normal' life? I said those kids have a chance at a life now. As Hill said, those kids don't have the Jackson DNA (except for possibly one).

And while you think I'm a fool, you are a nothing but a blow hard who came back here because you can't be a successful bully anywhere else. Unlike so many others around here, I don't bow down to the "Queen of Smug" but rather think you are a giant fuckwit and have the balls to say so.

While I don't buy into LaToya's theory that there were others involved

LaToya Jackson is a fucking WHACK JOB. There she is in court making sure she is getting air time, in support of her dead ass bro as she was back in the 90's on air telling the press that he was molesting children at Neverland.

That whole mess of hollywood sycopnants need to be nuked.

Saying you have balls explains a great deal. Sincerely, if you see me as a bully, I feel for you. It makes you delusional at best. If bullying was my goal there are many MANY places I could do it quite successfully. You are reaching with that one.

As for bowing down to me, no thank you, I am far pickier in who is at my feet.

Now are you going to behave like the lady you claim to be and actually discuss something worthwhile with me here, preferably on topic, OR would you like to be the twit you are presenting via your words, and take your insults to private mail where they belong?

LaTigresse -> RE: Conrad Murray Found Guilty of Involuntary Manslaughter (11/8/2011 9:22:47 AM)

And Blushes, my apologies for allowing the silliness of the above to derail your thread.

I do believe that doctors should be held accountable for their misconduct. Allowing an addict to determine their own 'treatment' to the point that many have, is gross misconduct. It would be as if I had a sore throat and went to the doctor demanding a month's supply of Vicodin then went home and had a binge and ODed.

MJ very likely should have been in treatment for his addictions and yet everyone around him not only covered it up, but also enabled. A DOCTOR should NEVER have been doing what that doctor did.

Please stick to the topic, and not what we may think of other posters.

Thank you.
