FR: I find it telling that many people do not seem to be "getting" the real issue. Since when it is ok for an industry to get it's friends in government to pass a tax, and then pass it back along to them (the industry) in order to fund their own advertisement, marketing and research? And, apparently, not even the elected officials, but governmental bureaucrats? This is a great example of "crony capitalism" yet here are some of the supporters and sympathizers OWS making fun of it, or saying ignore it! Sheezess .. where's that Pogo quote? the religious left is not politically active as a party, they separate church and state as the constitutionalists. The religious right has never had any truck with that asswiping piece of vellum. It doesn't matter what religious right that is, and don't mince words like a shitheel. Nobody is talking about someone who holds personal religious views, and separates those faithful tenets from the business of our nation.

I hate the religious right because by definition we are talking about folks who are uber active in trying to impose their morality on the rest of us.The religious right I am speaking of is actively involved in trying to codify their values and subvert the law of the land to their beliefs...irrespective of separation of church and state. Now if that strikes you as intolerant you will have to learn to deal with it....I really don't care....I have no use for folks who have no tolerance for others.Which is exactly the agenda being pushed by the religious right...since I made no comment on those other groups I will table how I feel about them till another time...I hope all of that was clear enough for you.
