Long term lack of movement can cause atrophy(latin for wasting away)obviously long term bondage can cause circulation problems and de hydration and skin desease would result from the same situation in rubber apart from the stink factor and the skin needing to breathe.

Inactivity causes muscles to lose tone. Bondage and binding need not be present. All it takes is not using muscles. An example might be someone confined to a hospital bed for several days.

Actually I thought the danger was most of the turnon. No shit, just like fast cars and Women with liberal amounts of whiskey. Guns and knives can be fun too.
