You're looking in totally the wrong place. And, why do they need to be submissive? Surely if they can play the role it doesn't matter? Seattle is crammed with university students, all of whom are at that "experimenting" stage of life, and many of whom would be happy to earn some extra cash (which I appreciate could be seen as exploitative but that's your moral hazard, not mine!). A good friend of mine makes chick-porn, he looks for regular girls who'd like to do porn. It could be that the fact that he's making the films for a female audience makes things easier - but he has no trouble at all finding lots of candidates - But when I say "no trouble" what I mean is that he does place ads, he conducts formal casting sessions, he uses talent spotters, but he works in a University town and has tons of offers. But if you seriously want to do this commercially, you're going to have to go to a lot more trouble than sitting on your butt fishing for talent on kinky websites (which themselves only account for a fraction of the kinksters out there).
