I am opting out at this point.  Nothing I say is going to be heard or digested by someone who can say some of the things you just did in your last post.. so I am not going to waste my breath.

I don't see how that's a racist statement.  On the contrary, he's saying that he would welcome foreigners who WANT to become American.  I agree with your position more than his, but it doesn't help to call him a racist when he hasn't said anything racist.

Hmm I may have misinterpreted his words.  When I read them.. It seemed to me he was saying that it is illegal immigrants (as opposed to Americans) who commit the crimes in this country... I could have just misinterpreted his meaing, if so, then I apologize for that.

It was in reference to illegals vs. legals.  That is my entire argument, agianst illegals.  I have zero agianst legals who come here and want to become an American (and yes part of that is learning English)
