Ah so because someone is accused, they are guilty?

Not quite.

If someone is killed in front of your house, we can safely say you murdered them. Nice to see your legal mind.

And, yet again, You blamed the group for what one person did.

Show me proof OWS engaged or in any way endorsed rape?

Let's try to explain where YOU went wrong... if an OWS person is arrested for RAPE (regardless of WHO is raped... in this case, it was an OWS girl), then it's factually accurate to state that "rape", as well as violence, vandalism, and so forth has taken place at OWS.  Not exactly rocket-science.

Violence and vandalism oh my...perhaps you have never heard of the american revolution....same mud different day.
Maybe you would prefer the french or russian model?

True. But thats not what you said.

So the Occupy Shit-Bags FINALLY pull off an event without RAPE, CONSPIRING TO HIDE RAPE, RACISM, RIOTING, VIOLENCE, VANDALISM, TERRORISM, LOOTING, or MURDER. Well gee... give the pathetic loser-scum a lollipop.

You accused OWS of rape. Not one person... the group.

Maybe English is a second-language for you... but "shit-bags" refers to specific people that have participated in ANY of the refereneced acts of:  "RAPE, CONSPIRING TO HIDE RAPE, RACISM, RIOTING, VIOLENCE, VANDALISM, TERRORISM, LOOTING, or MURDER"

Thus, once again...

1)  The murder -- happened, and is under investigation.

2)  The rape -- happened, and an OWS person was arrested.

"A 25-year-old woman from Atlantic City called authorities about 7:45 p.m. to report a rape, Lt. Ray Evers, a Philadelphia police spokesman, said. A 50-year-old man from Michigan, who also has an address in Philadelphia, was in custody and faced charges of rape and related offenses, Evers said.

The suspect was arrested shortly after the 911 call. Authorities believe both the woman and the suspect were participants in the Occupy Philadelphia encampment, which consists of scores of tents pitched out on the plaza."

Now, she me where you specified select people? You label the whole group as some derogatory name or another.

I get the impression you are not happy with the current president but you seem to be having trouble expressing just what it is that he has done that you find offensive. Would you please tell us just what it is that you do not like about him?

The majority of this board has no clue how fucking hard it is to run a profitable business, and HoH is ignoring the real world as usual.

As far as lazy goes...yes there is a segment of the US that is lazy...and its entitlements that let them be lazy.

Unless you have some new data the facts seem to indicate that he paid several women women hush money. His constantly changing stories about his involvement seem to validate the position of the women he paid.

they started theirs 30+ years ago, it was easier for them, imo.. the regs, rules, laws keep piling up (both state to state and federal) making it harder for someone starting a business now.. that doesnt mean it cant be done,.. just its harder, more costly, etc and so fewer are succeeding at it..

if they were to start again today.. i wonder if they would have quite the same result, meaning just as much wealth in the same amount of time..

Entitlements like farm subsidies?
Entitlements like mortgage intrest deductions?
Entitlements like being able to bid on hud housing?
Entitlements like accelerated depreciation schedules?
Entitlements like defered compensation?
Entitlements like capital gains being taxed at a lower rate than earned income?
Were those the ones you were referencing?

Tell it to Zuckerberg and Bezos. and as far Buffett goes, Berkshire Hathaway is constantly buying and restructuring businesses. Theres no doubt that its harder, more costly etc. Thats why regulations need to be rolled back. I dont agree that fewer are succeeding at it (percentage-wise), but fewer are attempting it, because profitability is in question thanks to the uncertainty coming out of DC.
