Hi all - just wondered if anyone had read any kindle books on S&M etc. I've just read Nikki Morrigan's first book USE, which was seriously edgy and brilliantly written. Would love some more recommendations.

No way. I just read that too - got it on amazon for less than it would cost to buy a drink and it is great. Only the third ebook I have read on BDSM but was way better than the other stories which were kind of cliched and not very well written. Looking forward to the next part of the sequel!

I just sent the Nikki Morrigan sample to my Kindle - thanks for the recommendation! I got "The Marketplace" from Amazon. Anne Rice's Sleeping Beauty book's are available. So are the Gor books, but I haven't been able to finish the two I bought, so am not recommending them to anyone who is a fan of brilliant writing :)

Cool - I'll look into The Marketplace - like the title alreaady! Will check out anne rice too, though i've read some of her other stuff. Love the way USE builds, so not sure how much the sample gives you. let me know if you enjy!

Thats what I'm talking about - writing that isn't good enough: what you say about the gor stuff. Hope you like USE. I read The Marketplace a while back, but think this one's simpler and stronger.

You could be right - could be the author! Seems like she's had a few questions about it already if you go to her amazon author page lol - would be in line with the intimate way she writes

Another good book - but not a story, but a book of pics, like close up amaetur stuff but really arty is Digital Diaries. Can't remember who by, but look it up for some amazing shots

Hi, I read the Nikki Moriggan short story sample on my Kindle. I wouldn't call it BDSM at all. Not edgy, not brilliant. Just poorly written porn. There are plenty of good erotic BDSM stories for the kindle that are not self-published. Just do a search using the BDSM "tag". Electronic publishers I recommend include LooseID, Samhain, Ellora's Cave and Carina Press. January

Sample is like 1/10th of the book. Doesn't really give the story a chance to build. And, having accused me of actually being the author - which I'm not - isn't a little bizarre for you, as an author, to be so determined to critiscise a writer who perhaps takes a different tack to you? Stick to what you do.

Watcher, admit that you and banksheet are the same person and you're here to promote a book. You'll do a lot better than talking to yourself and pretending otherwise.
