So if Hawaii is Asia, and he was born in Hawaii..... Its a natural slip though, after all, they all look alike to him.

Heather, I am one of those cops that get their check from another planet, and as such I must cite for for the following violation : "So just what continent is Hawaii part of? " First of all you shouldn't end a sentence with the word "of", but that is not the real infraction. You have now invited a discussion of whether or not Hawaii is actually a continent. Think about it, I know why it's not considered one and it ain't the size, I know that. But if you think about it I betcha it's a young continent. Like a baby continent. Maybe one we never should have discovered. Before we came they never had a need for five-oh. Or penicillin. T^T

its a damn site closer to asia than it is america, plus I thought it wasnt ON a continent cos it was too far away from one

Well to try to dispense this issue tacitly - - - - - - What forms a continent ? What formed the extant continents was obviously volcanic in nature because otherwise the planet would be all water. If the land were prefectly flat we would be dead. So something causes this shit and when it's big we call it techtonic plates and when it's small we call it a volcanic island of "little" consequence. Yet we MUST have it as a state ! T^T

Yeah really the nerve of him addressing Asia's leaders in Hawaii as part of Asia even though 80% of the population is of Asian decent and its part of Polynesia. I mean oops what a gaffe he should be thrown out of office and replace by Herman Cain who when asked about Libya replied 999. It doesnt matter that Hawaii is NOT on a Continent, it should be referred to America no matter what, screw what those Geographers said. Keep up the good work on show the stupidity of Obama with gaffe like these. Liberals will continue to defend his stupidity which is completely different from Rick Perry's brain fart, Herman Cain's pause, Newt Gingrich's wives & taking of tax payer money, Michele Bachmann's "Craziness", I m in it for the Money Rommeny, or the conservative embarrassment known as Ron Paul.
