I have a problem with this letter, as well as with what the PA attorney general is doing in prosecuting Penn State for failure to report. My question is how can failure to report be a crime when there is no law on the PA books that said Penn State officials MUST report?
Also, I read recently here:

that there is actually thousands of predators not being prosecuted though Kelly could easily find them with the data base. Of course, like David Keith says in the article the children whose abuse is going on without prosecution of the perpetrators, don't have a university foot ball team to highlight their plight. Children don't have money, don't vote, and certainly don't make political donations, so they don't matter in the long run.
