It occurred to me that a scavenger's daughter could be fashioned from a wood dowel rod, eye hooks, and leather hasp ankle and wrist cuffs and neck collar. Screw eye hooks into each end of the rod and lock them to the "victim's" ankle cuffs and neck collar.

While an eye hook could be screwed into the rod at a selected point in the middle of the rod with wrist cuffs locked to it, I was wondering if there might be an alternative. Is there a clamp or something similar that I am not familiar with that could be tightened around the rod at an appropriate point that the wrist cuffs could be locked to that would also afford easy adjusting of position. This type of adjustability would also help to compensate for possible twisting of the rod once locked to the neck collar and/or ankle cuffs.

Thanks.

Perhaps the cuff attachments could be on rings that slide up and down and are then limited with pins that lock through the main rod which has a series of holes. Think of a locking hitch pin for trailer towing. A u-bolt arrangement would stop sliding motion but would still allow attachment points to pivot around the dowel rod.
