ORIGINAL: xssve What scanning software are you using? Most will ask to save the file, and where to - if you don't save the file, it won't be saved, look in your recycle bin, it should save it there - for an indefinite period at least. I have a canon pixma and it saves it in a folder called MP Navigator EX in my Pictures folder (not in my Documents) and then by date. With mine, I can do things like crop the photo before saving and if a photo doesnt turn out the way i want it, i can uncheck the box under it and it wont be saved.. Perhaps the boxes have been unchecked accidentally when you were saving the pics? or you forgot to click the save button? Or they were accidentally saved someplace else.. Thats all that i can suggest..
