With the use of social media being a key element in the revolution currently underway here in America, I've started to ponder whether CM could be of a great value to this movement. There are a multitude of people, and specifically women on this site who are masochistic in nature. Part of this movement is to point out to main stream America that a lot of our Constitutional rights are being done away with by police practices, as well as to show how in many ways our current state of affairs could be classified as a bit of a "Police State." That being said, this is a call to arms to all of you female masochists out there. Put yourselves in the front lines. Put your affinity for pain to good use by allowing America to see the reality of Police Brutality. How much of a ripple would it cause if there were a huge surge or videos that surfaced on one day of this protest, of police assaulting women? Perhaps we should organize a day that the women of CM who are masochist go taunt police officers at Occupy Wallstreet into giving them a good caning with their batons. Sometimes a little civil disobedience can be a good thing...

There's good pain and pain. Just because I'm masochist doesn't mean I enjoy stubbing my toe. I'm also guessing that being hit over the head with a billie club would be bad pain (not to mention causing harm).

Sometimes a little civil disobedience can be a good thing... They're already doing fine with assaulting women. Not long ago they pepper sprayed an 83 year old woman in Seattle.

Masochists are likely needed to work on Wall Street after the little dollar swilling firesale today. The financial gangsters did themselves more damage in a couple hours today then OWS has during during their existence.

"Massochist" Someone who lives in Massachusetts and likes it, despite the stupidty, like judges who think that leaving the protest "unrestrained and uncontrolled is in the best interest of public safety". Yeah, disband all of the police departments in the interest of public safety. She even makes Stern look rational.

Tell it to your SEIU buddies who campaign and fund without regard to state lines if you want to argue that. (Not that your argument has much basis to begin with. An asinine vote by any congressman has the potential to affect me.) And any time the Federal government wants to repay to California our 22 cents per dollar we dont get back, we will be happy to relieve you of that "burden".
