I disagree. You go to peaceful protest not expecting to be hit, punched or pepper sprayed. Blaming the pregnant woman in this case is like blaming a pregnant woman for driving after she is hit by a drunk driver.

Lucylastic -> RE: Police gone too far? (11/22/2011 4:09:59 PM)

the woman is homeless so she doesnt have  place out of harms way., would you like to lock up all pregnant women so they have to stay out of harm during their pregnancy? that means no walking on the street, certainly not crossing a streeet or go on a car bus or train, JUST IN CASE some harm comes to her?
You want to blame her voicing her protests and to  to be blamed for someone punching her in the gut?? And spraying her in the face with a naturally found element that is CAUSTIC???? Or that people with asthma can die from the issues with inhaling pepper spray? Maybe pregnant women should stay in bed for nine months. At three months pregnant, I was swimming, diving, running, riding motorbikes and skateboards... are you saying once I have a fetus, I should be wrapped in cotton wool?

Yeah, that TP protestors didnt shit in the streets, disturb the peace all night or throw bottles at the police.

Rapes and murders? I am sure you will be showing us links to this right after you get the ones tazzy asked for, right?

There were no injuries from the pepper spray, minor or otherwise. Youre a fucking liar, your post will show you why.

Indeed Im a liar, thats why several of them were treated by paramedics and two taken to hospital, because they didnt have any injuries.

Are you feeling stupider than normal yet ?

Wilbur, yet again you call someone a liar and hide like a coward when called on it. You need to put up or shut up.

These protests are hardly peaceful.

99% of them are. Only the ones you see on FOX aren't. We have had a local one going since day 1. They share their coffee with the police and vice versa. The one in Memphis...they met with the local TEA party and had cookies afterwards.

tazzygirl -> RE: Police gone too far? (11/22/2011 4:42:40 PM)

Since when did alleged rape = rape.

Since when does one person's crimes = the OWS rioters.

Assaults? Really? Does that mean you are advocating bars closing down? We have more arrests on Carson street than that on a weekend.

And this one is cute. You get a bunch of young adults together and think they wont have sex? Move to a college town. [;)] They all "flock" to a clinic after a wild party.

Agreed, I saw all those people pictured at Davis rioting while still seated. I suspect the Judge mentioned in the Op was no better. [8|]

The one here in Pittsburgh has been extremely peaceful.

Lucylastic -> RE: Police gone too far? (11/22/2011 4:46:21 PM)

yeah seeking treatment for STDs is reallllly violent and stupid

tazzygirl -> RE: Police gone too far? (11/22/2011 8:25:53 PM)

Uh huh.. and seeking treatment is the best way to spread it! [8|]
