To the OP: you asked, we answered honestly.
As you can see, no one who answered is into your fetish. Lots more men into cross-dressing than lifestyle Dommes, since they tend to be more into themselves and how they look [a do-me-my-way' sub and/or narcissist] than into a D/s relationship. But mostly, I find it misogynistic if a man feels more submissive when trying to act like a woman: ew.
But chin up, there are others who like it, and even more who'll do you for $$.

[:D] I've heard it both ways. They're saggy, so they can't be 'tighty' anymore ;-) and anything other than 'tidy' would be too gross.
