this girl was wondering if any other female slaves have a regular "heat" cycle? this kajira has had them all her life and has had a hysterectomy and thought that, along with a regular period, the heat cycle had stopped. but she has learned that is not the case since she is experiancing the first heat she has had in over 10 years. is this girl an odd-ball? or does every female have a heat cycle? or is it just the female slaves?

Oh yes, I have one, in fact Master says that I go into heat for Him, and ooh it's true. I have a bout 7 days before each period that all I can think about is sex, my sense of smell is heightened, my temp goes up and my pulse seems to be in a state of constant racing. I feel like I could crawl the walls with wanting for Him during this time. However this is also the time that I seem to be my brattiest (the only time really as Im not a brat) and also seem to want to test His controll over me, also I want more primal sex, the more violent the better. However, the bad point ( and yes there is one) is that when the first day of my period hits, I crash, sex absolutley holds no appeal and I just can't be bothered with it, it normally takes about 2 days into my period that i even think aout sex again.. If you ask me though, the 7 days prior are worth the 2 days of lack of horniness... I'm not sure I answered your question, as your looking for though ~dancer

Humans don't go into estrus. You're confusing physiological reactions to hormonal changes during your menstrual cycle as 'heat' and they're not the same thing. When you somehow manage to reabsorb your endometrium at the end of your cycle, get back to us (and Ripley) [;)] ~stef

well of course I don't think she's actually meaning In heat in the animal sense..I assumed she meant the physical hormonal changes woman get, I would think that not all women would have the same reactions, some may have a very low sexual drive before they're periods. WHo knows, but No I don't think the OP or myself, actually were refuring to it in the true animal sense... ~dancer

actually, this girl does not bleed anymore, so her heat has nothing to do with a "period" and she thought, since her hystorectomy , that feeling would never come upon her again, but, lo and behold, after about 10 years of nothing, she is in the throws of one right now, which makes her Master "very" pleased. so, if it only has to do with the menstral cycle, why is this girl experiancing one, after not menstrating in about 10 years? and, it seems to be more intense and longer lasting than the ones she had when she was fertile.

I dont think being a Slave or if you still cycle monthy or not has a thing to do with it. Q isnt a slave nor do I cycle (thank god) [:)] but is there a point of time that revolves at a certain set of days where what I experiance could be similiarly explained as a Heat? Hell Yes. Maybe even like right now........... Grrrrrrrrr

All Females have one at one time or another, you can take an all natural tablet that will help it is called Soy Isoflavones, it is all all natrual herb and it does work.

yes...actually, i get very, very sexual, especially around the time of my period...before, after, and during. it's funny you should mention, though, when i'm ovulating, He says i actually give off a strong scent (as do other women He is around).

We don't go into 'heat' per ce, but most people I know have a hormone cycle, usually, though not always tied to the menstrual cycle. I admit to not knowing if one who's had a hysterectomy still produces estrogen, but if one does, then it's likely that the cycle of hormones is still going on. I think, though don't quote me, that even when one doesn't actually bleed (ie post menopause) that female hormones still fluctuate in a roughly monthly cycle. So, periodic hormonal rushes that make me hypersexual? Hell yeah. The week before and during my period. Usually every third week when I'm on birth controll and not bleeding. Heat? No 'cause that doesn't happen in humans.(Heh, sorry, my Owner is a biology grad.) Actually, my roommate is reading a book called _Sperm Wars_ right now which is basiclaly all about human reproduction and it's quirks. According to the book, human evolution has worked such that neither human males nor females know when she is fertile. With animals, there are clear signs of fertility during estrus (scents, colors all that). With humans, we hide those signs or never had them in the first place. The book says this is because human females want to be able to select their mates so that they can pick the most reproductivly advantageous one. Basically, because guys can't tell when we're fertile, they want ot have sex with us all the time. Because they can't tell, we get to pick who we want, when we want, and have the same chance of having sex with him. There's more in there about sperm competition and all that, but I can't remember exactly how it works.

it was a full, slavejali, this girl has none of her internal plumbing any more. it has taken many years to get back to where she started from, (sexually speaking) and as she said, this girl didnt think she would experience another heat. she is happy that she is able and her Master is THRILLED, as this girl is highly sexed on a bad day.

I had a salpingo-oopher-hysterectomy myself. (Uterus, fallopian tubes, and ovaries are gone.) While I do take Estrace to replace the uterine and ovarian produced estrogen, the body does produce hormones from other areas which help provide for the lack of sexual plumbing after the surgery. It is entirely possible that the rest of your endocrine system has kicked in to produce the hormones you need to feel like you are "in heat". I know mine are very active. (Now if I could just find a Dom/Master to appreciate that!!)

i do not know if women who have had full hysteroctomies still experience peri-menopause or menopause. (Damnation, mbmn, what are you doing? i need you again.) i have not yet entered menopause but may be peri-menopausal as my period no longer comes monthly. i am now 52. Peri-menopause can take many years, and whether it is related to what i'm about to tell you or not, i wonder. At about age 47 my libido went from normal to BLAST FURNACE and it just keeps getting worse. (Or better, if i ever find Him.) There are fluctuations but it remains on HIGH all the time. So possibly what you are experiencing is related to your body's natural aging process (YIPPIE!). candystripper

hello babysburnin... I am sure I will be corrected if I am interpreting this wrong, but I think she is taking it from the Gorean concept of 'slave heat'.. which was a phrase Norman used when a slave was having a horn-dog moment (or two, or twelve, depending on the character, hehe). I think that might be getting confused with female animals which go into heat (and which has been very well explained by stef, that is not something humans experience). I think Norman just liked the sound of that phrase and how animalistic is sounded (and being a proponent of Natural Order it would make a bit of sense, even if not based on a scientific reality, as a creative idea). I think most women go through a cycle of hormonal flux, that can explain one reason for rises and falls in sexual desire. Diet and exercise can be another, and the emotional and psychological is a huge factor in a womans sexuality level.

That would be nice, providing I can find someone who wants to take advantage of it!! LOL There is a nerve cluster that can be accidentally cut during a hysterectomy which stops all libido. At the time I was hoping mine had been cut since my husband had no libido. It wasn't and he isn't around anymore anyway so I could enjoy myself if I found someone who was interested...... (Nothing like a little self-promotion, eh???)
