OP: if you are near ATL, there used to be a great shop in Woodstock, called Epic Tattoo. The folks there are PRIME at working with you on designing a tat. if you have a sketch of your isea, no matter how basic, you can sit with them and describe your vision, and they will work with you until it arrives on the paper.

but labia? HOLY CROSS MY LEGS, BATMAN! LOL

Here I was seriously thinking of the artists and tattoo artists I know and might recommend and then I see MariaB's post ... thank god I didn't have a drink in my mouth ... thank you so much for such an excellent laugh.
