It is to ME.....To that extreme........it's just extremely off balance, to ME. I have a friend, all of the women in her family are built that way. Literally measurements close to 32 inch bust and 55 inch hips. Similarly I find it sad when I see someone with a huge top half and no ass with toothpick legs.

Only my perceptions. Doesn't have to be right, wrong, PC or anything else. Just my thoughts.

The pic isn't of the victim, but of the guy (who lives as a lady) who practiced medicine without a lincense. And yeah, he did it to himself/herself as well.
