peppermint -> Karaoke names (11/23/2011 8:20:31 AM)

Gary is really into karaoke and has just purchased a professional karaoke machine. He's hoping to get some jobs using it in bars and clubs. He needs to come up with some catchy name for his business. I am just no good at that sort of thing. However, I know there are lots of inventive people in Collarme and hope that they will give us some great suggestions about a name. So can anything think of something neat to name a karaoke business?

WOW, in less than half a day. Maybe you should work in advertising.

Do you want me to aks my buddy if he wants to sell his DK set ? FYI the DK set is one of the most comprehensive older collections out there and the musicians were so good the material is indistinguishable from the hit's artists. The company got sued out of existence and the only way to get them now is used. What's more it is very hard to copy disks in this format, or at least it was. I don't even think using ISO format works. Only certain burners will burn in that format, and I think I have one. It's an older HP and should work directly with XP, however burning these disks requires special software.

T^T

Hah! Glad you like it... it's catchy AND easy to remember. "Garyoke is every Wednesday night!" "Let's go to Garyoke!!" Heheheh!

Great name. I third the suggestion.

So that settles it. Tell Gary that is the new name he should market under, lol.

Oh man, back in the day, that DK set was the holy grail of karaoke, lol. It used to retail for $1000, but if you could afford it, it was well worth it. I wasn't aware they weren't in existance any more, bummer.
