The same objection can be applied to pretty much everything by Barbara Ehrenreich and Michael "Factchecker" Moore, every feminist book ever published, No Logo, Fear And Loathing On The Campaign Trail, pretty much every book since the war besides The Turner Diaries, in fact. (That one was vanity published through some sort of gun club vanity press samizdat.)
I take your point, and yes, ideology and mammon are incompatible, but sadly these days ideology either has to bend over and take a little corporate cock or give up.

I dunno.. if i were writing a book and wanted it to be a best seller to make gobs of money,.. I wouldnt write about this stuff..

What percentage of the cover price makes it back to the publishers, and what fragment of that does the author get? How much goes to the distributor and the retailer instead?
