You seem to have a good sense of humor, so make them laugh!
Use your profile to tell them about yourself- what you do for fun, your hobbies, what your good at. What interests you, and maybe a bit of what you are looking for on here(don't go crazy overboard with that bit though, a profile purely about your fantasies can get you writen off as a HNG- horny net geek.)
As for advice.
Never send pictures of your penis to a woman unless she asks for one.
If you email a girl, make sure you read her profile first- there are often clues in it as to what kind of cmail she wants. It will also show you what interests her, and responding to that will get her attention more then any kind of jumping in with your kink will(if your looking for anything other than sex).
Also try to write atleast a paragraph- one liners, or a simple "hi" are often deleted out of hand.
