The Cagemaker (Part three)
Jackie Tours the Island
Chapter one
The following morning Goldie allowed Jackie out of the cage and followed her down the corridor, when Jackie had finished in the tiled room and had been returned to that woman’s room Goldie selected a large butt plug that had a long furry tail attached and shoved the plug into Jackie’s hole before selecting a collar and lead and attached the collar to Jackie’s neck and handed the lead to that woman when she emerged from her dressing room. “I expect everything to be ready when I get back” snapped that woman as she led Jackie out of the room. Jackie heard Goldie reply “Yes Mistress” as that woman walked her down the corridor. They got to a small room and that woman handed a man in a collar Jackie’s lead, he placed her into a small cage on the back of a wooden carriage, that woman took the reigns and with the crack of a whip the eight women in harnesses pulled them out of the gates and headed along a rough track that led away from the building through the trees. Soon they were out into fields and Jackie could see people in collars working away, she was surprised that there was no farm machinery only people working the vast farmland spread out around her, they passed through what looked like a small village the only things missing was a shop, pub or church, they continued to a large stone building where men in collars collected the cage from the carriage and carried it inside, they placed the cage in the corner of a small office before leaving.
A man wearing a leather apron came in and greeted that woman before leading her through a door leading further into the building, when they returned that woman got Jackie out of the cage and the man in the apron measured Jackie’s ankles, wrists and neck, writing the dimensions onto a scrap of paper, he then sat at the desk in the room as that woman placed Jackie back into the cage “They will be ready in about two weeks, now do you wish to collect them or have them delivered?” the man asked after working out his sums “Let me know when you have finished them and I will let you know about collection or delivery” that woman replied as the men in collars started to carry Jackie’s cage back to the carriage “Now we must be going, thank you for your time” “Your welcome anytime” the man replied as he followed them out of the building to see them off.
They followed the track further passing through several small villages before turning left off the main track and coming to a small cottage on top of a cliff overlooking the sea, a woman in a collar was waiting and showed that woman into the cottage, Jackie was left in her cage on the carriage. The woman in the collar brought water for the carriage pullers before going back into the cottage, eventually that woman returned to the carriage telling the woman in the collar “I will need everything ready in two weeks” “It will be ready Mistress” came the reply “Good” that woman said as she started to drive the carriage back down to the main track, she turned left and kept going till they came to another village, the carriage came to a holt outside a large building and that woman got off and went inside, a woman in a collar lead the carriage through the large gateway to the side and once the doors had closed she released the women pulling the carriage and lead them into a room to the side of the courtyard, Jackie was left in her cage on the back of the carriage, it was dark before a man in a collar brought bowls of food and water out for her.
In the morning the women were attached to the carriage again and that woman took the reigns and set off, over the next few days they visited several more small villages, they all looked pretty much the same to Jackie, each night the women pulling the carriage were un-harnessed and taking inside a building as Jackie was left in the cage on the back. They eventually came to a large building on top of a hill, once the carriage was through the gates Jackie was allowed out of the cage and taking to a corner of the yard by a large man in a collar, he pulled the plug from Jackie and told her to go, once she was empty he rammed the plug back in her arse and took her inside and placed her in a small cage in a corner of a dark room. The light went on and two women in collars entered and made the bed before leaving, not long after they left that woman arrived and after making several phone calls climbed into the bed and turned the light off, Jackie tried to sleep but could not get over how large the island was, if it was an island as she only had Brandy’s word for that and that everything was done by manual labour, no cars on the road or tractors working the fields, she had studied the landscape as they travelled and had seen several places that could possibly offer a place to hide if she did manage to escape from this living hell.
Morning came and Jackie thought she had seen the perfect hiding place but would she ever find it if she did get away, that woman went to the bathroom as a man in a collar took her outside, when she had emptied herself he took her to a dark room, Jackie could make out a large wooden table with three seats close to the wall near her and rows of chairs facing the table filled the rest of the gloomy room.
The lights came on and the room started to fill, most of the people were naked apart from their collars, all the people that were clothed apart from two wore a uniform of some kind and most of them also wore collars, the two not in uniform both wore what looked like expensive suits. The room was humming as the gathered crowd whispered amongst themselves, the room went silent as a man and a woman entered the room and took the outside seats at the table, they were both dressed in black robes and wore white wigs, suddenly everyone stood as that woman entered the room and made her way to the middle seat at the table, she also wore a black robe and wig.
A man in a black robe but without a wig announced “Court in session, first case 345-5548-6777 charged with causing damage to property not belonging to them namely a boundary wall” a man in a collar walked and stood in front of the table with his head bowed, the woman in the wig asked him how he was pleading “Guilty” he replied without lifting his head, the man in the wig asked him “Any mitigating circumstances that you wish us to consider” the man answered “I was out celebrating and had a few too many and on the way home fell on the wall causing the damage, I did try to rebuild the wall but in my drunken state was only making it worse so headed home with the intention of returning when I could to rectify the damage” The woman in the wig said “As you have pleaded guilty and the reports we have about you show that it is not in your nature to deliberately vandalise something you are sentenced to six months hard labour” “Thank you” the man replied before turning and leaving the room.
Jackie at first thought it was funny that he had thanked them for giving him six months hard labour but after the sentences that were handed out for the following cases she soon realised that he had got off lightly, Jackie lost count of how many people had been before the bench and what they had been charged with until the man in the robe announced “Next case the state verses 899-1223-0013” at that a slim young girl was carried in to the room and placed standing in front of the table, her arms and legs were tightly chained together leaving no room for movement, the man in the wig looked at the girl and said “You are charged with absconding, how do you plead” when the girl did not reply that woman said “Answer the question or I will take it as an admission of quilt” “Nononot Guguilty” the girl stuttered “Mark that as not guilty” that woman said to the man in the wig before turning to one of the men in a suit “Please proceed with the prosecutions case” The man stood and explained that the defendant was found off the owners property and claimed that she had got lost when she had been apprehended but as she had been here for five years she was clearly lying, that woman turned to the other man in a suit and said “What has the defence got to say” the other man in a suit stood up and said “My client may have been here for five years but had only been at that place for a week and had taken a wrong turn when attempting to return to her quarters” that woman turned to the prosecutor and snapped “Is this right” the man in the suit replied “I’ve only got that the defendant has been here for five years, I don’t know where she has been for those years only that she was found where she shouldn’t have been” that woman instantly responded “So you don’t know all the facts” the man meekly replied “Due to recent circumstances I’ve not had time to fully prepare” that woman started “How dare you waste our time by not preparing your case” before the woman in the wig stopped her and whispered in her ear, that woman then turned to the room and said “Case adjourned” before getting up and leaving the room, the woman in the wig summoned the two men in suits to the bench but Jackie could not hear what she said because of the noise coming from the jeering crowd in the room.
Chapter two
The room eventually emptied and Jackie was returned to that woman by the man in the collar, she was in an office like room and that woman ordered Jackie to lie in a corner as she made a phone call, when she finished the call the two men in suits and the man and woman in wigs entered the room. “So exactly what were you doing whilst you should have been preparing for this” that woman asked the man in the suit that had been the prosecution, “I was leading one of the search and rescue parties for the crash your honour” “It’s a shame you never recovered them all” replied that woman “Might be a good thing that” he responded “What do you mean by that” snapped that woman “Just that there might be survivors knowing the two who are missing your honour” he answered “Go on” that woman said “Well, I’ve worked with both John and Sarge and if anyone could survive that they would top my list and they are both unaccounted for” he stated “So do you think they are alive” that woman asked “It may be wishful thinking your honour but till their bodies are found there is always a chance” before that woman could ask another question a fat man in a blue uniform entered the room and said “We are ready your honour” “I will see you later” that woman said to the man in the suit, at that they all got up and left with that woman handing Jackie’s lead to the man in the collar as they left.
The courtroom was silent as they entered, the young girl was brought back in front of the table, that woman said “I am unable to pass sentence on this case” at that the room erupted in jeers as objects started to fly through the air towards the table, the room filled with men in blue and after a few swipes from the their batons the room fell silent again. “As recent events have prevented a fair trial the defendant will be remanded in custody” that woman continued “Court adjourned” The crowd jeered and Jackie only just heard the fat man in blue say to the young girl “That gibbet will be waiting for you when you get back” as they left the room.
It was getting dark when the man in the suit arrived at that woman’s room “Sorry for being so long” he said as she invited him in “As long as everything is ready for the morning your forgiven” she replied “It is your honour” he responded “Good now tell me what you know about Sarge” she asked, the man in the suit explained that he only vaguely knew Sarge from meeting him on the island but had known John for many years and if he had ever crashed he would choose John to be at his side if he had a chance of a companion but from what John had said to him Sarge would be his choice. Jackie soon lost track of their conversation as she tried to remember what a gibbet was, the man in the suit eventually left and that woman was soon in bed but Jackie could not sleep, her brain could not recall what a gibbet was and she did not know if she was safe here what if the angry crowd that had been in the courtroom earlier tried to take things into their own hands but if they did she might be freed by them as she was in fact a prisoner.
In the morning Jackie was placed in the cage on the carriage and another cage containing the young girl was secured beneath hers, that woman took the reigns and they set off escorted by men in blue. It was dark when they arrived in a village and the carriage was parked in a yard on the outskirts, a man in a collar released the pullers and led them away, that woman followed them into the building leaving Jackie and the young girl in their cages on the back guarded by the men in blue. The yard was dimly lit and the men in blue seemed nervous shining torches towards any sounds they heard, Jackie had hoped to talk to the girl to try and get any useful information so that she might come up with an escape plan but the way the guards were behaving she thought better of it.
The following morning came and after the pullers had been attached to the carriage again that woman took the reins and said to a man in blue “Did you see any ghosts last night” “No Mistress” he replied “Maybe next time then” she laughed as she signalled the pullers to proceed. Jackie could see the men in blue did not think it was funny as they escorted the carriage down the track, from the looks that some of them gave that woman Jackie half expected one of them to try and kill her as she continued laughing. It was about midday when they turned off the main track and start to ascend a narrow path that entered a rocky ravine, they turned a corner and suddenly an order came to halt, Jackie’s heart stopped as they came to a stop, was the angry mob here to ambush them, in an instant a man in black emerged from behind one of the rocks Jackie did not hear what that woman said to him but the carriage started forward again as the men in blue turned and headed back in the direction they had come. It was starting to get dark by the time the carriage got to the top of the steep rocky ravine and Jackie was taken back by the vast lake that lay in front of them as they turned and followed the path to a bridge that crossed the top of the ravine, a man in black emerged from the bunker beside the bridge and raised the barrier to allow them past, they continued along the path till they came to another bunker at a junction, another man in black opened the barrier to a path that led up a gentle incline into a wooded area, the path continued up and emerged above the tree line, Jackie was starting to feel cold she was not sure if it was because of the altitude or the fact the slope was exposed and she was no longer sheltered from the wind, they reached the top and came to a stop at several domed buildings. At first Jackie thought it was the mad monk that emerged from the building to greet that woman but soon realised from his build that it was a much larger man, he took that woman inside as a woman in a collar came an led the carriage to a small courtyard, the woman in the collar released the pullers and took them through a small doorway leaving Jackie and the young girl alone.
Chapter three
It got colder as the night went past, Jackie could see the stars in the clear sky and tried to see any familiar constellations so she could get her bearings but she did not recognise anything, Jackie then tried to start a conversation with the girl but she ignored her. It was still dark when that woman returned to the carriage and set off back down the path, Jackie was pleased as they returned below the tree line and was no longer exposed to the biting wind, they past several barriers and everyone was opened by a man in black and closed again once they were past. They took a turn and started to descend a steep trail, the carriage jumped as the wheels hit large boulders on the track that was not really suitable for their mode of transport, they made it to the bottom and came to a large wooden building that sat between the steep cliff side and another lake, a man dressed like a monk greeted that woman as Jackie was released from her cage by a man in a collar, he gave the lead to that woman before leaving, the monk took that woman up a staircase that led up the side of the building, they walked across a gantry that led to some glass sided offices, Jackie looked down and could see men and women being harshly whipped by monks as they turned large wooden wheels. Jackie was surprised by how quite the office was once they were inside and the monk had shut the door, Jackie did not follow their conversation as she watched what was going on below, the monks were relentless with the whips as she tried to count how many poor souls were being worked to death turning the heavy wooden wheels, Jackie had worked out that there was twelve to a wheel and was just starting to count the wheels when that woman got up and they were leaving, they walked alone another gantry and entered a large noisy room that had several large metal wheels along one wall, above each wheel was a series of dials and a monk was monitoring them, Jackie could not hear what the three were talking about. They then returned to the carriage and Jackie was placed back in her cage and they set off along a track around the lower lake, they passed the final barrier and a group of men in black escorted them back home.
Jackie was glad to be back in her cage at the foot of that woman’s bed that night after being outside in the cold wind the day before, in the morning Goldie came and collected her and they went to the field, when they had finished going through some of the commands Jackie was taken to the palatial room, that woman was on the phone shortly after she finished the call the mad monk arrived “I hear you had some fun on your trip” he said as he came in and took a seat, “Nothing to get excited about” that woman replied “Well I think you should get away for a while” he said next “I have too much to do here” she responded “Like what?” he asked “I have a retrial and a deal that needs to be finalised” she answered “”Someone else can do the trial and I can complete the deal on your behalf, so nothing keeping you here” the mad monk said “No, I will do it, I’ve got nothing else to do and I’m not in the mood to go anywhere else at the moment” she replied “OK sis but if you change your mind let me know” he said as he got up and left.
The doctor was the next visitor “The bastards” she said as she came in and took a seat “They’ve only gone and cancelled the new game show” “Maybe I should have taken my brothers offer as I was only staying for that” that woman replied “Anywhere nice” the doctor asked “No, he just suggested getting away for awhile” that woman responded “So why don’t you go” the doctor said “Has he sent you in to hassle me” that woman asked “No he hasn’t and if he had I would have told you” the doctor replied “Sorry” that woman said “Maybe I do need to get away” “Why don’t we go and wind the professor up” the doctor said next “Your pure evil” that woman replied “Lets do it” at that they went in search of the professor, they tried his office first and then his labs they even went to his private quarters but could not find him, they returned to the palatial room and no sooner than they had got back the professor turned up “There you are” he said “I’ve been looking for you all afternoon” at that the two women started laughing “I don’t see what is funny about that” he continued “So you obviously don’t want to hear the news then” “Do tell us the news” the doctor said “We were only laughing because we were looking for you this afternoon” “Really” he responded “We were actually” that woman said “So what is the hot news” “We are making a new game show” he started “It’s been cancelled” the doctor interrupted “Postponed for now on that one but we are going ahead with another” he continued “I wont try and explain but we start filming in the morning if you wish to come and watch” “That sounds good to me” that woman said “Shit” the doctor said “The one day I’m actually busy this week” “I’ll bring you a tape to watch in the evening” that woman said.
After everyone had left that woman took Jackie and headed for the bench by the woods, the stars shone brightly in the night sky as that woman sat on the bench and started to cry Jackie thought about making an escape as that woman would probably not notice her missing for some time but being loose inside the perimeter walls of this place she would soon be caught so choose to bid her time, with luck they would be outside the fortress walls again soon and then she might make good an escape then
Chapter four
It had been light for some time when Goldie approached “Excuse me Mistress” she said as she got to them “What is it” that woman said “They are about to start filming the game show if you would like to watch” Goldie replied “God is it that late” that woman responded “Yes Mistress” answered Goldie. They got to the studio and took their seats, the professor and the man with the beard were arguing with a miserable looking man in a shiny suit with the whitest teeth that Jackie had ever seen, the professor joined them at their table and said “I do hope you enjoy this” the man in the beard called action and the man in the shiny suit facial expression change to a cheesy grin as he turned to a camera and said “Welcome all to Eel Shoot” the crowd cheered as eight naked women took the stage and stood in pairs in front of four metal trestles. The man in the shiny suit spoke to each pair in turn before taking his place at a small podium, his evil white grin never changing until the man in the beard called cut, in an instant he looked miserable again as he snapped “What’s wrong now” “You were wonderful” the man in the beard said to him before turning to the audience and saying “Just a small technical problem, so we will stop for a break” the studio started to clear as the man in the shiny suit moaned about the incompetence of everyone working on the set.
The professor went to talk to the man with the beard as that woman returned to the palatial room, she made several phone calls before the professor arrived “Have they sorted the problem” she said to him “They hope to have it resolved soon” he said “There seems to be some sort of radio interference that affecting the sound recording” “Any idea what is causing it” that woman asked “No but the tech guys are looking into it and hope to have it resolved shortly” he replied “Good” she responded “Let me know when they are resuming filming” the professor took that as a queue to leave and said “I will” as he left the room. No sooner than he had left the doctor arrived and asked “Have you got the disk” “No, technical problems have stopped them filming” that woman answered “Great, we can go together when they resume” the doctor said “Shame I won’t be here but you can get a recording for me for when I get back” that woman said “Going anywhere nice” the doctor asked “Just a bit of retail therapy” that woman replied.
After that woman made a few more phone calls she took Jackie to the yard where the carriage was waiting, they set off down the track, Jackie was surprised that they were travelling at night as the pullers must have found it hard to follow the trail without lights but they found their way to an airfield. A man in black granted them access at the gatehouse, Jackie could see several large planes lined up alongside the runway as they made their way to a small private jet at the far end, once there a young woman greeted them and told that woman that the flight crew would be over once the flight plan had been approved as she led them to a bedroom towards the back of the plane, the young woman put Jackie in the small cage as that woman got into bed and said to the young woman she did not wanted to be disturbed until they landed.
Jackie lay in the cage waiting for them to take off, it might be her chance to be free of this evil world, she could tell the authorities where they landed about what had been happening and they would arrest that woman and she would be free, it then crossed her mind as they waited that they would not be landing at a major airport and whoever was waiting at the other end could in cahoots with them but she might get the chance to get away and get back to civilisation where she could be protected from these lunatics.
Jackie heard the engines start and then stop again, they restarted and stopped several more times before a man entered the bedroom “Sorry Mistress” he said “But we have been grounded” “What the fuck, you get this plane in the air now” she screamed at him “You want to take the controls go ahead” he responded “And you can give my regards to SAM on your way” he finished before leaving and going back to the near by hanger.
The young woman released Jackie from the cage and escorted them towards the hanger “What is going on” demanded that woman “I don’t know, only all flights are cancelled” A man in a green jumpsuit by the door answered, “Who is in charge here” that woman demanded to know “Better see someone over there” the man answered pointing towards the control tower. They got to the tower and a man in a suit apologised to that woman but explained that the radios were being jammed and until they could trace the source all planes were grounded for safety, that woman moaned all the way back to the carriage and headed back to the main complex. The doctor was waiting for them “Couldn’t stay away from the show” she laughed “Not funny” that woman snapped “I thought you could do with a drink and sing-along misery guts” the doctor replied “I just feel like killing someone at the moment” that woman retorted “So why not a classic and hurt a few eardrums along the way” the doctor asked “OK then” that woman replied unconvincingly “You’ll soon feel better” the doctor said as she handed that woman a silver hipflask.
Just as they were leaving the yard that woman stopped “What is that still doing here” she called to the man putting the carriage away, Jackie could see the cage in the corner it still contained the young girl from the courthouse “I don’t know” the man answered “What do you mean you don’t know” that woman demanded “Well I asked but nobody knew where it was meant to go” he replied “So you just left it there then” that woman snapped “I was told to put it there until someone found out where it was meant to go” “I’ll take it” the doctor blurted in “Take it to the lower floors” that woman told the man as she turned and left “That’s a shame, such a pretty thing” the doctor said as they headed to the bar “And will remain that way” that woman said “I’d be very gentle with it” the doctor laughed “You gentle” that woman responded and they both were laughing there heads off as they arrived at the bar.
Chapter five
It was late when they left the bar and that woman could hardly stand let alone walk, the doctor was not much better but they made their way down corridor and came to a plush apartment room, a naked young lady emerged from one of the doors to the room with drinks as that woman and the doctor sprawled out the enormous sofa, “What do you want to watch then” the doctor asked “What have you got” that woman replied “Lets see, you might like this” said the doctor as a large TV was switched on, Jackie turned her back on the screen as she did not want to watch the images of men and women being tortured and tried to block out the sound, eventually the TV went silent and all Jackie could hear was the two of them snoring.
It had been light for sometime before Jackie heard movement, she rolled over and could see that the young lady who had served the drinks the night before had brought a tray with two mugs and placed it on the table, Jackie could smell the aroma of coffee as the two women started to stir “God I’m hungry” that woman said “What do you fancy” asked the doctor “I’ll get slag to make what you want” “I want a big mamas special” that woman replied “Now that sounds good to me” said the doctor “Lets go then” that woman said “How are we getting there” the doctor asked “I’ll drive” that woman answered “I’m glad you can cause I’m not” they both started to laugh but Jackie could not see what was funny. They got to the yard and were soon on their way, from her position in the cage Jackie judged that that woman should not have been driving by the way she was pulling on the reigns and whipping the poor women pulling for no reason.
They eventually came to a grimy looking shack and entered to be greeted by the smallest woman Jackie had ever seen “Good morning” she called to them as they entered, they both replied “Good morning mama” “Let me guess, two specials” mama asked “How did you know” replied that woman “Mama knows everything” mama chuckled as she turned and started to cook. They found a table tucked away round a corner away from the other diners, Jackie was surprised by how many people were actually eating here as it would be the last place in the world that she would choose to go for a meal. A young man brought two mugs of coffee to the table shortly followed by the plates of food and winked at Jackie she smiled back at him and started to feel hungry as the smell of bacon filled her nostrils. The young man returned and refilled the mugs asking if everything was OK as he again winked at Jackie, both women replied everything was fine and he left again.
“Beg” that woman suddenly called so Jackie got into the position “Catch” came the next command as that woman threw a scrap of food in the air Jackie caught the first two but missed the third and it landed on the dirt covered floor “Eat it up” that woman ordered and Jackie picked the piece of bacon up with her mouth and ate it after that woman had given her a kick to prompt her into action, for the next few minutes the two women took enjoyment of making Jackie sit up and try to catch the food that they tossed it for her to try and catch “You not make mess” the small lady called from behind the counter “Don’t worry mama” that woman answered “It will all be eaten up” They eventually bored with their game and paid the small woman before leaving.
When they got back inside the courtyard that woman noticed that the cage containing the young girl was back in the corner “What is that still doing there” she demanded from the man in the collar “I took it to the lower levels but they sent me back with it” the man responded “What do you mean they sent it back, I gave you an order to take it there” that woman snapped “They said they were not expecting anything and told me to leave with it even though I told them you had sent it Mistress” the man replied “Christ do I have to go down there myself” that woman said before the doctor piped in “You could always let me look after it” “I told yesterday that it had to remain looking the same” that woman replied “I wouldn’t leave a mark on it and you’d get it back as good as new” the doctor said “Take it to my office” that woman snapped at the man before turning to the doctor “If it was mine I’d let you but it is in custody awaiting trial” “OK” the doctor said “nothing too serious I hope” “The most serious” that woman replied “What a waste” the doctor responded with a heavy sigh “Enough about that I have work to do” that woman said before leaving the doctor in the courtyard
After travelling down several corridors they came to a door next to a small office, the man in black in the office opened the door and allowed them through the first door once that was closed the inner door opened and they emerged into a corridor lined with offices, Jackie could not clearly see into the offices but all the staff wore either the black uniforms or were dressed like monks, they came to an office and the man in black ushered that woman through another door once she had ordered Jackie to lay in the corner, the man went back to his desk and resumed what he was doing whilst keeping a eye on Jackie. As she lay there Jackie could hear raised voices coming from the other side of the door but could not make out what was being said.
The room eventually became quite and Jackie expected that woman to emerge but nothing happened, the man in black at the desk started using a typewriter, god how old fashioned thought Jackie but they have computers here she had seen some in the offices on the way to this room so why was he using a typewriter, could this place get any stranger she thought to herself as she waited in the corner.
Chapter six
Several men in black and the professor were shown through to the room where that woman had gone and soon the loud voices started again, Jackie still could not make out what was being said, the sound of the typewriter did not help as in clattered away.
Eventually that woman came storming out calling Jackie to heel, they made the way back to the palatial room where the young girl in the cage was waiting “Now what are we going to do with you” that woman sneered to her as she entered the room, the young girl did not answer but backed into the corner furthest from that woman. It was not long before the doctor arrived with Goldie “What’s going on” asked the doctor “You tell me because those incompetent idiots don’t have a fucking clue” that woman replied abruptly “So are you going or not” the doctor enquired “Come to think about it, I am going away, they may be useless twats and I can’t go and get that retail therapy hit but there are places for me to go here for some relaxation” that woman replied as a smile appeared on her face “Do you want any company” the doctor asked “Sorry but I want to be as far away from here and everyone associated with this place as I can be” that woman answered as she picked the phone up, when she had finished talking in that foreign language Jackie could not understand she said to Goldie “Go empty IT and then put her in my carriage” “Yes mistress” Goldie replied in a nervous sounding voice. After Jackie had finished in the tiled room Goldie took her to the yard and placed her in the cage on the back of the carriage as that woman arrived “Thank you dear” that woman said to Goldie as she took the reigns and set off down the track, Goldie looked puzzled at being thanked and just stood there with an open mouth as she watched the carriage disappear from view.
It was getting dark as they left but that woman pressed on threw the night giving Jackie no chance to survey the area around her. The sky was starting to lighten as night turned to day and Jackie noticed a large building on top of a hill in the distance that appeared to be surrounded by crosses, as they got closer the building seemed to vanish into the gloom, soon Jackie could see barely anything as a dense fog engulfed them. They eventually arrived at the stone building and Jackie could just about make out the crosses that encircled them in the fog. Men in collars came out and started to attend to the pullers as that woman headed inside, one of the men released Jackie from the cage and after a visit to a tiled room he took her to a dark room, Jackie could make out a large wooden table with three seats close to the wall near her and rows of chairs facing the table filled the rest of the gloomy room. The room started to fill, Jackie could only make out the silhouettes of the assembling crowd, they all wore monk’s robes, eventually three figures took their places at the table. No sooner than they took their places the room was filled with chanting, when the chanting finished the person sat in the middle of the table rose and started to speak to the now quite monks, it was that woman’s voice but Jackie could not understand the language that she was now speaking in but it sounded different from the other foreign language she had spoken in earlier, when she finished talking the monks started their chanting again. Jackie had no idea how long they had been chanting before they stopped but it seemed like an eternity, a man sat to that woman’s right spoke this time, again in the foreign tongue and again the room filled with the weird chanting when he finished, the man to that woman’s left spoke next after the chanting had finished and once again the monks started their strange chanting once he had finished speaking.
The chanting finally stopped and that woman took Jackie’s lead from the man in the collar before walking down the aisle between the rows of seats, the monk like figures began to rise and follow them out the room, they started chanting again but it was different from the last one but still sent shivers down Jackie’s back, they emerged from the large building and after a short walk came to a large stone cross, they all got on their knees facing the cross as the sun was setting in the distance and the chanting changed again, Jackie wished that they would stop their awful noise and was tempted to scream at them to stop but reframed as she contemplated the consequences of any such action. The sun had started to rise behind them before the chanting stopped, then one by one they went to the cross and kissed the base, that woman was the last to do so. The monks had returned inside the building the way they had come out of as that woman led Jackie around the side of the building and through a small side door, they entered a small office and that woman made several phone calls before several monks visited, they still spoke in the foreign language so Jackie had no idea what they were talking about, when the last visitor had left that woman removed her robe and they left. It was getting dark when that woman finally pulled off the main track and they came to a small stone tower, a woman in a collar took care of the carriage pullers as that woman led Jackie to the top of the tower, They just caught the sun setting in the distance, Jackie thought it was the most beautiful sight she had ever seen as the sun seemed to disappear into the sea.
Chapter seven
Jackie tried to sleep but the sound of that woman crying kept her awake and was glad they left as it was starting to get light, they were soon back on the main track heading back the way they came, Jackie could see the crosses getting larger as the approached the building again, as they got closer Jackie at first thought that there ware statues attached but soon realised that they were in fact naked men and woman, as they passed Jackie could see their bodies were covered head to toe with the marks of a whip and they all looked lifeless.
When the building and the crosses eventually faded into the distance Jackie returned to watching her surroundings hoping that she could see a great place to hide if she managed to get free of her captors and eventually escape this living nightmare and find safety from these lunatics. Jackie was disappointed when they came to a small village and that woman drove the carriage into a yard, a man in a collar came and attended to the pullers as that woman went inside. It was dark before a young girl in a collar collected Jackie from the cage and took her inside “Lets have a look” a man said as he yanked Jackie’s lead dragging her into a heap at his feet “SIT” that woman bellowed, Jackie felt the whip land as she was halfway to getting into the sitting position “Sorry about that, IT is not fully trained yet” that woman said as she put the whip back down “I’m sure it will be when on your next visit” the man said “Either that or in a hole” that woman responded, when they had finished laughing the man snapped his fingers and the young girl in the collar took Jackie back to the yard and placed her in a cage in the far corner.
Jackie lay in the corner of the yard and tried to go to sleep but the sudden bursts of laughter coming from the man and that woman through the open window prevented sleep coming, the laughing eventually finished and just as Jackie was nodding off the singing started, Jackie did not know how long the din went on for but neither were in tune and often they muttered not knowing the words to the songs.
In the morning the young girl released Jackie from the cage in the yard and placed her back in the one on the carriage, shortly afterwards the man and that woman emerged from the building and climbed onto the carriage and they set off. It was getting dark before they came to another small village, the carriage came to a halt outside a brightly light building and a fat woman in a collar came out and released the pullers and took them through a small side door leaving Jackie in her cage on the carriage. Soon there was a steady stream of people heading into the building, Jackie could hear the music and chatter of the people inside enjoying themselves and started to feel lonely and resentful stuck in the cage on the back of the carriage as everyone else was having fun, she curled up in the cage and cried herself to sleep. Jackie was not asleep long before she was woken by a large party of people staggering past singing loudly, no sooner than they had pasted another group came up the road as the brightly light building started to empty and the emerging crowd followed the others up the road, everyone was heading in the same direction and all appeared to be drunk.
Jackie assumed that the bangs she could hear were coming from fireworks but could not see to be sure from the cage, after several extremely loud bangs the night went silent, it was not long before Jackie heard the drunken crowd returning, some walked past whilst others went into the brightly light building. It was not long before men were queuing up to relieve themselves as that woman sat on a near by wall watching as she drank from a bottle, the queue eventually disappeared and that woman returned inside the building, for the rest of the night the men came out and pissed over Jackie, sometimes it was one or two and at other times there was a group of them accompanied by that woman.
Morning came and that woman had to be helped onto the carriage as the pullers were reattached, they set off down the track with that woman drinking from a bottle and attempting to sing as they went, they eventually turned off the main track and headed down a twisting path. Jackie was glad that woman had stopped her so called singing. They took another turn and soon came to a small wooden hut, that woman fell off the carriage and after several attempts to stand crawled to the door. It was getting dark when a old man walked up, he looked at Jackie with an evil glare in his eye before going into the hut, the next day came and went before that woman eventually emerged from the hut as the sun was rising, they set off back up the twisting path and returned to the main trail. Jackie suddenly got a strange whiff and noticed that that woman was smoking, they passed through several small villages before coming to a halt at a building on the outskirts of a larger village. A woman in a collar tendered to the pullers as that woman went inside, it was dark before that woman emerged giggling from the building, she was accompanied by several men “Go on then” she said, at that the men started to piss over Jackie, once the men had finished that woman said “Looks like I’ll have to fill you boys up again” at that they all returned inside laughing as they went, they returned to urinate over Jackie several times throughout the night. In the morning that woman came out and got on the carriage she turned to the men who had followed her out and said “I think you boys should really give IT a going away present” at that they lined up and emptied their blabbers, once they had finished that woman set off through the village.
It was late afternoon when they approached another village and Jackie could see something hanging over the road, she could not make out what it was until they got right up close, it was the young girl that had been accused of attempting to escape and had been on trial, she hung in a metal cage like device that reminded Jackie of an Egyptian mummy only without the bandages, the fat man dressed in blue was there as they drove past “Afternoon Mistress, come to see the gibbet I see” he said. as that woman stopped the carriage “I didn’t even know sentence had been passed” that woman replied as she looked at the poor girl stuck in the gibbet “It was only passed yesterday Mistress and she has only put up this morning” the man in blue informed her “What a waste” that woman said “Sorry to sound impertinent mistress but would you like a go on the sweep stake” the man in blue asked “Not today” that woman respond as she set off again at breakneck speed whipping the pullers without mercy.
Chapter eight
That woman relented with the whip as it got dark but did not stop, as it was getting light Jackie recognised the building in the distance, it was the fortress they had first left on this journey. So how big was this island thought Jackie as they approached the fortress, she had only seen the sea a few times on her journeys but as the mode of transport was slower than a car it was hard to work out how far they had actually travelled.
The yard was quite as they arrived back and after a man in a collar had released the pullers and taken them inside the mad monk arrived “I trust you had a good trip” he said as he greeted that woman “I’ve had better” she answered “I know sis” he replied “Is there anything in particular that you want” she asked “Only saying hello and welcome back” he answered “Good, I’ve got stuff to sort out” she said as she headed for the door, she turned and said to him just before going through the door “See that IT is taking care off sweetie” the mad monk looked at Jackie in the cage before calling to the man in the collar “See that IT is cleaned up then returned to the mistress when you have finished your duties here” “Yes Master” the man in the collar replied.
The man eventually came for Jackie and dragged her into another yard, he turned a hose on as another two men started to scrub Jackie with stiff yard brushes, when they had finished scrubbing Jackie the man went looking for that woman, after trying the palatal room and that woman’s bedroom he found Goldie in a yard with Brandy and another four women with bound legs and arms like Jackie’s, Goldie was not happy that he had interrupted her training session but ordered Jackie to lay in the corner as he walked off alone ignoring her protests. The training session came to an end and men in collars collected the four trainees as Goldie took Jackie and Brandy in search of that woman, she eventually found her in the professors office “I was wondering where you had got to” that woman said to Jackie before turning to Goldie as she handed her the lead “How was today’s training” “Apart from the interruption, everything is going to plan” “Interruption” that woman asked, so Goldie explained how she had ended up with Jackie before leaving with Brandy, one of the professors assistants entered the room and handed him a folder “Thank you, now could you chase up the Mistress’s report” he said to the young girl “At once” she replied before turning and leaving as fast as she could. “Hum, tisk, oh” he mumbled looking up at that woman “Now we have some good news and some bad” he said “What do you want first” “You know that I’m not going to take nicely to bad news” that woman answered “OK it’s the bad news first as you wont kill me before I can let you know what the good news is” he replied as he started to reread the report. “Well what is it then” that woman asked “Well team three is one short as number seven is only fit for the knackers yard” he replied “No chance of recovery” that woman inquired “Non” was his instant answer “So what is the good news then” was her next question “I’m so glad you asked, we have an ideal replacement for team three and team one posted a record time the other day, so if your not busy tomorrow we can go to the track and watch them run” he answered “I will see you in the morning then and do make sure that report is ready” that woman said as she left the room with Jackie in tow.
They went straight to that woman’s room and after she had made a couple of phone calls then watching a bit of TV the light went off, Jackie found it hard to sleep in her cage at the bottom of the bed with that woman’s snoring and trying to recall the layout of the island, Jackie had seen several places that could provide a descent hidden place, she would get her chance and she would make good her escape.
In the morning a woman in a collar took Jackie to a tiled room before taking her to a courtyard where a carriage was waiting, Jackie was placed in the top cage on the back and a short time later Brandy was placed in the lower one, Goldie, the doctor and the professor arrived and took their seats inside as a man in a collar took the reigns, it was not long before that woman got on board and the driver set off. They had been going sometime before Jackie could see a building on top of a hill and hoped she was right that it was the mad monastery that she had been in the other day, that was the draw back of this carriage she might be higher but she could only see the back 180% so it would be hard to work out where to head when she found the way out of the fortress and finding that perfect hiding place.
Jackie’s view was starting to be obscured by people walking along the sides of the track and soon all she could see was the masses heading to the racecourse, the carriage eventually pulled into a small yard, Brandy and Jackie were taking to a small walled area by a woman in a collar and ordered to empty themselves whilst that woman and the others were escorted up a staircase. The tannoy announced that the first race was about to start and called out the names of the riders and their numbers, the doctor handed a man in a collar a slip of paper and he left, “They are off” came the call on the tannoy, a running commentary started that made no sense to Jackie, she soon saw a dust cloud in the distant that was approaching the stands, she then saw what looked like roman chariots, each being pulled by four women that were being whipped mercilessly by the drivers, the crowd were cheering and Jackie could not hear anything else over the noise. When the noise subsided Goldie and the professor were very pleased with the result, that woman didn’t seemed that bothered by the result but the doctor was not happy at having lost.
The next three races went by with the crowd cheering as the runners pasted the stand, the doctor was happier now at winning on the last two races, Goldie stuck to going along with the professor and so far had only lost on the last race by a short head, “Race five” came the announcement “That’s team three” the professor said “Good we will see how the replacement does” that woman said excitedly as the chariots being pulled by teams of eight walked past the stand heading for the starting post, they all placed a bet on that woman’s entry and were left disappointed when it came in third, “Not bad for a first running” that woman said “I was hoping for better” the professor said “Me too” added the doctor, the next few races went by before that woman’s next entry “They had better win” that woman said to the professor as the runners headed off to the starting post “They will” he replied, he was not wrong as they were well clear of the other runners as they made the home straight and Jackie was surprised that the chariot driver was whipping the pullers so hard as they were so far out in front “A new course record” came the announcement over the tannoy “Extra prize money then” the doctor said to that woman as she went off to collect her winnings.
Chapter nine
When the doctor got back she gave a man in a collar instructions and he returned a short while later with the biggest bottle of champagne that Jackie had ever seen, when the last race had finished they went behind the stands to the stabling area, a short plump woman in a red jacket was giving orders to the two young girls in collars as they tendered to the pullers whip marks. “Well done on today’s results” that woman said to her “It would have been nicer if team three had won though” “I will admit I’m disappointed that they could only come third” the woman in the jacket answered “We will be spending extra time at training this week so they will win next time if they know what’s good for them” she continued “Good” that woman responded “I will not be happy if they fail to win next time” “I understand” the woman in the jacket said before turning back and shouting orders at the two young girls in collars.
Brandy and Jackie were taken aside to empty themselves before being returned to the carriage, once they were secure the carriage set off and Jackie soon realised that they were not returning to what was her enforced home, it was dark by the time the carriage pulled off the track and came to a holt, a woman in a collar greeted them and unhitched the pullers taking them through a small door to the side whilst that woman and the others entered the building through the main door, it was some time before the woman in the collar returned and collected Brandy and Jackie, they were taking to a small yard where bowls of food and water were waiting for them. Jackie started trying to talk to Brandy but as soon as she started Brandy shock her head and from the fear in her eyes Jackie quickly became silent, the woman in the collar appeared and gave the pair an evil glance that sent a shiver down Jackie’s spine before leaving again.
In the morning Goldie came and collected Jackie and after a short walk entered a yard full of others bound just like her all were wearing coloured vests that had numbers on, it reminded Jackie of greyhound racing as the first six were led out of the yard. Goldie fitted a vest to Jackie and said “You had better win” before leading her out of the yard with five others into an arena, Jackie was right about the greyhound racing except that she was one of the runners instead of a dog. The six of them were each put into a trap and once ready a decoy came rushing past on a rail and the gates opened, Jackie moved as fast as she could trying to keep up with the others as they chased after the fake rabbit but try as she might she was not fast enough, the winner was taking threw a gap in the railings as the others were led back to the yard by men in collars, once back at the yard Goldie started to beat Jackie with a whip showing her no mercy as she screamed “You useless thing, your good for nothing” Goldie suddenly stopped “Sorry Mistress, I should have waited” she said to that woman who had come to the yard with the doctor and Brandy “Don’t stop for us” that woman said before adding “I’m actually going to miss you” Jackie did not know if Goldie had heard what that woman had just said as she returned to whipping Jackie with all her might, when Goldie had finished with the whip four men in collars picked Jackie up and carried her to the cage on the carriage, Brandy was eventually returned to her cage as that woman and the others returned emerging from the building laughing and joking together. The mad monk arrived “I hear you had a good day out” he said “Who told you that” that woman asked “Oh just a dickey bird” he replied “Well I’ve had better but then again I’ve had worse” she responded “I trust everything is in order with that deal” he asked her “Well I might just have to change it” she responded “You know that you have to be seen to be true to your word” he told her “I will be, I just might have another to offer” she answered “And what might that be” he asked “I will let you know once I’ve worked the details out” was her reply “Good” he said before leaving, that woman returned to the paperwork on her desk. When she had finished the paperwork that woman took Jackie straight to her cage in the bedroom and after watching some TV that woman turned in for the night.
Chapter ten
In the morning Jackie was taken to a yard by a man in a collar, there were roughly fifty others bound like her and each had a man in a collar holding their leads lined up in two rows facing each other about ten feet apart. The professor arrived with the bearded man from the TV studio, they walked up and down inspecting the line up, when they had finished the man with the beard rearranged the position in the line until he was happy “Right, remember your starting positions and we will do a dry run” he announced through a megaphone before giving a signal, a group of people in collars walked down the middle in pairs and as the last pair passed the men in collars joined the back until all the men in collars and their charges formed a long line following the leading group “And again” the man with the beard called and they lined up again. the trail, they did not go far till they reached their destination of a small stone building with several metal sheds to the side. When they stopped laughing the man said “I’m not sure it’s made for it but we will give it a go” “Thank you Paul” that woman said before getting back on the carriage and driving away. Paul called “Kate go get the track ready and you can fetch my tool bag Kim” “Ok dad” the two girls answered before one went to the largest metal shed and the other returned inside the stone building as the man started to examine Jackie’s body with his hands, the girl who must have been Kim returned from the stone building with a large leather bag “Here you go dad” she said as she placed it by his side, “Good now go and assist your sister” he replied “OK” she said as she ran off to the large metal shed to join her sister. The old woman in white and the man with the beard from the TV studio came over, the man with the beard said to that woman “We are ready to do the interview whenever you’re ready” “I’ll be over in a minute” she replied as she handed Jackie’s lead to a woman in a collar and walked to a corner with the old woman, when they had finished their conversation she went over to where the man with the beard was with the camera crew, when she had finished giving an interview with a young man with what must have been one of the fakest smiles Jackie had ever seen she collected Jackie from the woman in a collar and left.
They got to the palatial room and the man from the forge they had visited on their travels was waiting “Your order” he said as he showed that woman the contents of a box without letting Jackie see what was inside “I was informed you could not supply my requirements” she responded “My competitors always spread false reports” he laughed before adding “Do you wish to try them now” “No hurry if you are staying for the party but if you must rush” that woman enquired “If I’m invited I’m going home now but if I’m gate crashing I might just stay” he answered “Well lets put it this way, you’re not on the guest list” that woman responded “Fuck, looks like I’m going to a party” he replied, when they had finished laughing that woman pressed the buzzer and said something in the foreign language, a short time passed before a man in a collar collected the box and left.
Chapter sixteen
The professor arrived just as the man in the collar returned with some drinks “I do hope I’m not interrupting” he said “Not at all, now do you know Smithy” that woman answered “I don’t believe I do” he replied as he took a seat “Smithy this is the professor, professor this is Smithy” that woman replied “Go to meet you” said the professor as he shock the mans hand “Like wise, I’ve heard a lot about you” Smithy replied “Oh really” enquired the professor “I must admit I’m impressed with what I’ve seen of your work” Smithy answered “And what work is that” was the professors next question “Just the odd device I’ve seen being used on the game shows” Smithy replied “Ah the little toys” the professor said with a grin on his face “Some impressive toys” Smithy responded “I will have to show you some of my better ones” the professor said before that woman interrupted saying “You boys can talk shop later, it’s time we were going” at that they all got up and after Jackie was called to heel, left the palatial room.
After walking down several corridors Smithy turned and went through a small hidden doorway just before that woman and the professor meet the old woman in the white robe who had Brandy with her “The doctor not with you” she asked as they arrived “I’m sure she will be here soon” that woman replied with a grin on her face “I can go and look for her” the professor said “And what do we do if she gets here before you give up looking” that woman asked him “Good point” he replied. After what seemed like an age the old woman said “We can’t wait any longer” they had just started to walk down the corridor when the doctor came hurriedly along “Sorry I’m late” she said as she caught them up “A medical emergency” the old woman asked “Something like that” that woman laughed “Tsk, I’ll talk to you two later” the old woman said as they arrived at a set of doors. Jackie was just wondering who the old woman was as the doors were opened by two men in collars, they walked into a large room that was full of dinning tables, after a short walk Jackie and Brandy were placed in cages either side of the head table as the old woman sat in one of the middle with that woman next to her flanked by the professor by that woman and the doctor on the other side of the old lady, from the cage Jackie noticed that all the diners were in white suits or robes.
The old woman stood and spoke in a foreign language, when she had finished speaking the whole room stood and raised their glasses and said in unison “YPA” before empting their glasses in one, as that woman spoke in the foreign language people in collars refilled the glasses and again when that woman finished speaking they stood and said as one “YPA” before drinking their drinks in one. When they sat down the people in collars started to serve the diners, Jackie lost count of how many courses were served but the smell of the food had made her hungry and she would have readily eaten the worst she had been offered during her time here.
When they finally finished eating the old woman stood and spoke again, when she had finished the room started to empty, Jackie and Brandy were removed from their cages and they all followed the others into the next room, the room had table and chairs around the outside and a large area clear in the middle where people were dancing a dance that was almost as strange to Jackie as the music being played. They found a table near the bar and watched the people dancing, it wasn’t long before the old lady was invited onto the dance floor by an old man in a white suit, no sooner than she had left the table Smithy showed up and was soon in deep conversation with the professor, the doctor kept trying to leave the table but that woman kept preventing her from going, they were all so engrossed in their conversations that none of them noticed the old lady returning “Hello Smithy” she said “Good evening your grace” he answered “Give me a good reason not to have you arrested and removed from this private party” she asked him “Let me tell you whilst we dance” he said with a wicked grin on his face as he stood up and headed for the dance floor with the old woman, whilst Smithy and the old woman danced the doctor tried to get away again and both the professor and that woman telling her to stay. Smithy and the old lady returned to the table just before a bell rang, at that everyone made their way out of the room onto a parapet looking out across the island, they didn’t have long to wait until they could see a truck driving along the track leading away from the building, when it finally vanished from view everyone went back inside and continued with the party.
It must have been about an hour later that the professor and Smithy made their excuses and left, it was then that Jackie noticed that the doctor had disappeared, that woman did not stay much longer and headed straight to her bedroom, the box Smithy had shown her earlier was sat on the bed “I’d forgotten about that, a nice surprise for the morning” that woman said to herself as she placed Jackie in the cage, that woman was soon snoring. Jackie tried to sleep but her mind was racing attempting to take in everything that had happened today, where were they taking Goldie and would she follow her and be taken away from this hellhole, why had the doctor been in such a hurry to get away and what was in the box, the large plug inside her didn’t help either.
Chapter seventeen
In the morning a woman in a collar took Jackie to a tiled room, when they returned that woman was getting out of the shower, after she dressed she called Jackie to heel and went to the palatal room with the woman in the collar bringing the box, after making a couple of phone calls that woman turned to the box and started to examine the contents, that woman stopped playing with what was in the box and started to go through some papers on her desk. Eventually the professor and Smithy arrived “You took your time” that woman said as the professor took a seat and Smithy went to the box “Sorry about that, we have just been trading a few ideas” Smithy said as he removed four shiny metal objects from the box, “Can I have a look before they’re fitted” the professor asked “I think Smithy has the design copyrighted so no going and making copies” that woman said with an evil grin on her face, after having a good look at one of the items the professor hand it back to Smithy and said “He has no fears of me coping them, they are far too advanced for my skills” Smithy laughed as he asked that woman “Are you ready to see them on” “Do get on with it as I’ve a boat to catch as the planes are all grounded at the moment” that woman replied. Smithy picked up the four items and handed three to the professor saying “Hold these please” he then got hold of Jackie’s right arm and removed the binding that held it bent double, quick as a flash he had the device secured to her wrist and bicep holding them firmly together, the professor hand him a second device and Smithy did the same to the left arm, he then turned to the legs and each ankle was secured to the thigh, he then produced a key like item and said to that woman “Insert this here or here and you can adjust the tightness to maintain the perfect fit” “Very good” that woman said to him before turning to the professor and handed him a lead “Would you do the honours of showing it off” “it would be my pleasure he said “Wait a minute” Smithy said as he produced a matching collar, once he had fitted the collar to Jackie’s neck he said “Try that” the professor attached the lead and walked Jackie up and down the room as that woman and Smithy watched “Well what do you think” Smithy asked that woman “They’re perfect” that woman replied, “Are they real gems” the professor asked as he stopped walking Jackie around the room “Only the finest” Smithy said, “God you spoil your pets” the professor said as he took his seat again, “You know I have standards to keep” that woman replied with a laugh “So when are you off” the professor asked “As soon as my brother can be found as he has disappeared yet again” that woman answered, “Sorry to be a party popper but I have work that needs attending” Smithy said “Oh, I was hoping to see you this evening” that woman said “Well as the job is in the lower levels, I can come and see you before I leave” Smithy said as he left them.
The professor and that woman started to go over some paperwork as Jackie tried to get accustomed to the tight fitting devices that now held her securely in position, when the professor had left that woman took Jackie for a walk in the field, Jackie was glad when they got to the bench and that woman took a seat, the metal bonds were tight and very uncomfortable but Jackie did look on the bright side as she did not have a plug in her and the feel of the restraints was provable to the feel of a plug, after a short break at the bench that woman returned to the palatial room. After making several phone calls and going over some papers Smithy arrived back “All done” she asked him “My work here is finished” he laughed as he took a seat “Good, I’ve just got to finish this and then we can go for a drink” she replied “Sounds good to me” he responded.
When that woman had finished they went to a bar, a man in a collar came over and took their order, that woman and Smithy were soon deep in conversation but Jackie could not follow what they were talking about as a crowd at the bar were making too much noise. They had had several drinks before the professor arrived, he was not happy and was complaining about having to do the doctors work as she had failed to turn up “I will have a word with her later” that woman said as the man in the collar brought more drinks over. After a couple of more drinks that woman said goodnight and left the professor and Smithy, they went to the doctor’s room but the young woman in a collar who answered the door informed that woman that the doctor was not in so they returned to the bedroom and Jackie tried to get a comfortable as the new bonds would allow and that woman was soon snoring.
The woman in the collar took Jackie to the tiled room in the morning before taking her to the carriage in the yard, that woman set off and they headed down the trail Jackie at first recognized some landmarks from her previous outings but soon they were in unfamiliar territory, they eventually came to a checkpoint manned by a man in a green uniform after inspecting the carriage he allowed them to pass, they passed several other checkpoints before they arrived at a town, the streets were crowed with carriages and carts, some of the junctions had traffic lights but most had people in blue uniforms directing the heavy traffic. They got to a set of gates that were manned by people in blue, green and black uniforms, after that woman had been inside one of the offices to the side and the carriage had been inspected they were allowed through, they passed several enormous buildings till the came to a jetty, the man in blue allowed them past onto the jetty where there were ships moored to each side. A man in a naval uniform greeted that woman as she stopped the carriage by one of the larger ships. When that woman returned from the ship she said to the man in uniform “Thank you captain, I will see you in three days” at that the man saluted that woman and said “Glad to have you onboard”
They set off and after visiting a couple of small villages they returned to the fortress where the professor was waiting in the palatial room “What do you want” that woman asked not sounding too happy “The doctor would be a start” he answered “And what else” that woman snapped “Confirmation of the dispatch manifest” he answered not looking best pleased at the way that woman had spoken to him “I will check it now and then go and have that word with the doctor” she replied dropping the harsh tone “Thank you” the professor said before leaving.
When that woman had finished checking the paperwork she pressed a button on her desk, a man in a collar entered the room and that woman handed him the folder and said “Take this to the professor and then find the doctor” “At once mistress” he answered before leaving. Jackie had no idea how long it had been since the man in the collar had left but that woman was not happy when he returned to inform her that the doctor could not be found anywhere, after dismissing him she picked up the telephone and spoke in the foreign language. It was not long before a man in black entered the room “Well” that woman said “Reports are that the doctor is in the woods mistress” he replied “Do you know where in the woods” that woman asked “She is being located now” he replied “Tell your men to keep her where she is” that woman said before calling Jackie to heel.
They crossed the field and entered the woods where a man in black greeted them “This way mistress” he said as he led them down a path, they eventually found the doctor and two men in black in a small clearing, “That will be all” that woman said to the two men in black that were with the doctor and the one that had led them here, when they had left that woman said to the doctor “So what are you doing out here” “Um, research” the doctor answered “And what research is that” that woman asked “Of a medical kind” the doctor replied “And where is the subject then” that woman demanded, the doctor just looked up, that woman and Jackie both looked up together, above them was the young girl who had been in the gibbet, her hands and feet were tied together and she was suspended by her tits which were a bluish purple colour from being tightly bound with rope, “Get it down and get back to work, you can play with your new toy later” that woman said before turning and leaving, that woman left the doctor and went to the bench in the field and sat until it was dark, just as they were returning inside Jackie could hear a strange noise coming from a distance, if that woman had heard the sound she did not react to it.
Chapter eighteen
After another restless night in the cage trying to get used to the new devices holding her in position that woman took Jackie to the field, the woman without the teeth was there with Brandy going through the commands as a group of people in collars watched, when the woman without teeth who Jackie had called Gummie had finished the demonstration she briefly spoke to the watchers before coming over to that woman “How are they doing” that woman asked “I’m sorry to say slowly” Gummie answered “Well use any means to speed things along as I expect them to be ready by the time I get back” that woman snapped “Yes mistress” Gummie replied before returning to what she had been doing.
When they got to the palatial room the professor was waiting “What is it now” that woman asked as she took her seat “You wanted to see me” he answered “Oh yes, as no one knows where my brother is and I’m going away shortly you will have to take charge” she replied “That is not in my remit” the professor protested “I know the doctor normally would take this role on unofficially but I don’t think her mind will be on it this time so I need you just to oversee things” she informed him “It’s just not my thing having to make decisions that are not relevant to my work” he answered “You know things run pretty much themselves and I will let everyone know you are looking for new experimental material, besides my brother might show his face before I go” that woman said “Well I suppose if I can gain some guinea pigs I might be up for it if the young master is not back” the professor replied “Good, now I’ve a lot to do before I go” that woman said before picking up the telephone.
It was dark outside by the time that woman left the palatial room and headed across the field and through the woods to the tower, she placed Jackie inside a small cage in the courtyard and disappeared inside, she did not return until the morning. After a brief visit to the palatial room that woman went to see the professor “Everything under control” she asked him as she looked at a mountain of paperwork on his desk “I don’t know what you said to the doctor but there is about a months worth of paperwork that’s just arrived” he said pointing to his desk “Well it looks like everyone will be busy whilst I’m away then” she laughed “Very funny” the professor said sounding annoyed “Well you did complain that you were waiting” that woman replied “So how did you get her to work so hard” the professor asked “I just told her she could not play with her new toy until she had done her work” that woman said “I see” the professor replied “Anyway here are the important things to know whilst I’m away” that woman said as she handed him a small folder “Right” the professor responded as he took it “Must dash but will catch you later for a drink if you’re not too busy” that woman laughed as they went through the door not stopping to hear the professors answer.
They found the doctor in one of the examination rooms “You’ve been busy” that woman said as they entered “Only ten more to go and then I’m finished” the doctor said without stopping the examination she was carrying out “I do hope that they are being completed properly” that woman said “But of course, otherwise I’d be disturbed from my new toy” the doctor said with an evil grin on her face “That’s what I like to see dedication to duty” that woman laughed “Professional to the end” the replied laughing, when they had both stopped laughing that woman said “I’ll leave you to it, see you for a drink later” again she left without waiting for an answer.
After visiting several other people in offices that woman returned to the palatial room and made some phone calls whilst going through the paperwork on her desk, people in collars entered the room either bringing new folders or collecting them from that woman. Gummie arrived with Brandy and handed that woman several folders, she waited for that woman to finish reading them and left as soon as she had been handed them back, just as she was at the door that woman said “Don’t forget by any means” “Yes mistress” Gummie replied before closing the door behind her. After making some more calls that woman returned to her bedroom where two men in collars were waiting “Everything packed” she asked “Yes mistress” the shorter of the two replied “Good see they are loaded on my carriage” that woman responded “At once mistress” the man replied, at that the two men picked up an enormous trunk and carried it out the room, god how long was that woman going for Jackie thought to herself as that woman changed, when she was ready she called Jackie to heel and they left.
They went in search of the doctor and eventually found her in her quarters, she was laid out on one of the sofas with her legs wide apart as the young girl from the gibbet pleasured the doctor with her tongue “Can’t a person come home and relax after a hard days work” she said as a young woman in a collar showed them in “Don’t stop for us but we were meant to be going for a drink” that woman said with a grin “OK” the doctor said as she grabbed the girl by an ear and pulled her to a corner of the room, she secured her wrists to some chains on a metal frame and hoisted her so she was on tiptoes, the doctor then went to a nearby draw and selected two large dildos that she attached to a machine that she wheeled between the young girls legs, her ankles were then secured to the sides before the doctor inserted the dildos into her holes, once the doctor was happy she turned the machine on saying “You should be nicely cooked by the time I get back, at that they left and went to a bar.
It was sometime before the professor arrived “Sorry I’m later, just been trying to catch up with the doctors paperwork” he said as he sat down “No need to rush as you wont be getting anymore for awhile” the doctor said “But I have to look for suitable subjects” he answered “Come and see me in the morning as I’ve earmark several for you” the doctor said “Have you now” the professor responded “I have a dozen ready for you to inspect” the doctor replied with a smile “And you’ve hidden the best ones away for your own use” the professor retorted “I have my new toy that will be keeping me busy for some time so they’re all yours” the doctor snapped back, “Enough” that woman said curtly before continuing in a gentler voice “We are here for a friend drink remember” “Sorry” they both said before turning the conversation to another subject.
It was late before they left the bar and that woman went straight to her room, Jackie was locked into the cage and that woman was snoring as soon as she was into her bed and it was not long before Jackie followed her into sleep as she was becoming accustomed to the metal manacles that held her fast.
Chapter nineteen
Jackie was woken by a man in a collar, he took her to a tiled room as that woman showered and she was getting dressed as they returned, once she was ready that woman went to the examination rooms where the doctor was showing the professor the ones she had set aside for him “I’m most impressed with your selection” he told her before picking the four he wanted “And I thought you were meant to pick from what was left” that woman said startling the pair of them “Christ, don’t do that” the doctor said holding her heart “You’re getting as bad as your brother with sneaking up upon people” the professor added “A herd of elephants could have marched past and you two would still not have heard them” that woman laughed, before adding “Lets have a look at the spoils” the doctor and the professor moved aside so she could inspect the women lined up along the wall “You have chosen well” that woman said to the professor before turning to the doctor “Do you wish to have any” “I’ve got my new toy” the doctor answered “Very well, the remaining eight will make a nice present, see they are wrapped and on board before we sail” that woman said to the doctor “At once” the doctor said as she pressed a button on the desk.
They went to the courtyard where the carriage was waiting, Jackie was loaded into the lower cage as Gummie arrived with Brandy who was placed in the upper cage, once the cages were secure that woman set off down the trail. It was not long before they turned off and arrived at the cottage overlooking the sea that Jackie had visited on her first venture out of the main building, that woman released Brandy from her cage and went inside with her, it was some time before that woman emerged alone and they set off again, they continued until they arrived at the quayside beside the ship that woman had been on the other day, the captain was there to greet her, he barked some orders and the two large trunks on the carriage were taken aboard “I trust everything is in order” that woman asked “Everything is as you requested” the captain replied “And the present” that woman enquired “Being stowed as we speak” he answered “Very good, I have a small matter to deal with in town and will be at the royal if I’m needed” she said “Everything is in hand and I will see you when you are finished in town” the captain said as he saluted and boarded his ship.
They made their way off the jetty and came to an old building and from the looks of it it must have been a grand hotel in its prime instead of the run down shamble it was today, they entered a small side door into a bar that had sawdust on the floor and a thick haze of smoke filled the air, that woman went to the bar and ordered a drink, the place was full of drunks and Jackie was wondering why that woman had chosen this place to come to when a fight started in the far corner, soon everyone was involved as tables and chairs went flying as a mass brawl engulfed the place, when it had died down that woman turned to the bartender and said “Some places never change” “It wouldn’t be the same if it did” he replied with a smile as he refilled her glass. It was not long before a couple of the drunks approached “Would you like a drink” the first one slurred “I have one thanks” that woman replied “So you’re too posh to drink with the likes of us” the second sneered “If I was I wouldn’t be here now would I” that woman retorted with a smile on her face “You taking the piss” the man asked “Just waiting for an old friend” that woman said “I think you’re being disrespectful and deserve a slap” the first man added “That would not be a good idea” the man behind the bar said “Who asked you” the second man said to him “You know us bartenders, we only give out impartial advice” the barman responded “Fuck you” the first man said to him “Sorry not my type” the barman responded with a large grin on his face as an old man shuffled through from the back “I might have know it was you” he said to that woman before turning to the drunks “Go and sit back down boys” the two drunks looked at him for awhile before returning to a table nearby “I was only having a quite drink” that woman said with a grin on her face “That’s what your father used to say” the old man said “You know us lot, we only like a quite drink” that woman replied “You wouldn’t know the meaning of quite if it bit your arse” the old man laughed before asking “And what do we owe this pleasure for” “I was asked to give you this as I passed” that woman said as she handed him a small envelope “Thank you” he said as he placed it in his pocket without even looking at it, they continued to talk in a whisper and Jackie could not hear what they were talking about as the bar started to get busier.
When they eventually left the bar it was dark and that woman turned and walked away from the ship along the dark alley that ran down the side of the building, she made several turns keeping to the alleyways and avoiding the light streets where she could, they came to a doorway and that woman knocked on it in several short bursts, a small hatch opened and once she had been identified the door opened, the large man who had opened the door led them into a small room where an old woman was sat “I’ve been expecting you” she said as that woman took a seat opposite her, the old woman took that woman’s hand in hers and looked deeply at it before saying “I feel sorrow in your heart” “I think everyone already knows that, so tell me the future” that woman replied “Shuffle the pack” the old lady said as she handed that woman a deck of cards, when that woman finished shuffling the cards the old woman told that woman to cut the cards into five piles telling her to try and make then equal, when she had done this the old lady turned the first card from each pile “I see distant shores beckon you and a loved one” “It’s not love” that woman laughed “You will learn a lot about yourself on your travels” the old lady continued before turning the next cards from the five piles “I see a new beginning and the patter of tiny feet” the old lady said, that woman only laughed at this “You can scoff but the cards don’t lie” the old woman said as that woman gave her a silver coin and left.
They made their way back to the jetty but that woman walked past the ship and went to the end and looked out to sea “What did that old woman know” she muttered aloud followed by “The patter of tiny feet indeed” then after some mumbled comments that Jackie could not understand “How the fuck am I meant to find someone here that I could start a family with” she said before returning to muttering things that were incomprehensible. A man in a sailors uniform walked up the jetty “Sorry to disturb you miss” he said “What is it” that woman snapped “The captain is getting ready to depart” he answered “I’ll be right there” that woman answered in a calmer tone “Very good miss, I’ll inform him your on your way” he said before leaving, that woman composed herself before calling Jackie to heel and headed for the ship, a man in a uniform similar to the captains was waiting at the gangplank “Good evening, everything is ready for departure” he informed her, just as she started to climb the gangplank a voice came from the shadows saying “I hope you’re not leaving without saying goodbye bitch”
