As many people in this world seemingly become more disconnected, jaded and hostile by the day, I am sure I am not alone in lamenting the we are often overwhelmed by less that satisfactory encounters with those in service-related fields. My car was recently rear-ended, sustaining damage to front and back, requiring I make my first foray into the world of auto claims and body repair, and rental cars. Lacking previous experience in this arena, I was concerned about getting the car fixed right the first time around, and handling the other logistics. I am delighted to say the insurance company, the auto shop, Wreckmasters, and Enterprise Car Rental did a stellar job of taking care of me and my car, and I am very grateful to them for making it such a positive experience. Three cheers to them all!
