I recall something about her dying of breast cancer in hospital while he was having it away with another woman. Didn't he leave wife#1 in that condition to marry #2?

I didn't have this history in mind when I posted. I was picking up from the OP (quite innocently). If the above is accurate (Willbur's trenchant denials only add weight to the story), it does tell us precisely what kind of rat Gingrich is, doesn't it?

It took a while for the penny to drop. I must be having a slow day.

His first wife is quite alive and wasnt dying at the time. The divorce was already announced long before she went in the hospital. The supposed visit where he served divorce papers was to bring his daughters to see their mother after removal of a benign tumor and there was no discussion of the divorce.

But youve never been interested in the truth, why start now.

That article doesnt go nearly as far as his daughter does in telling how distorted the stories actually are. I gave you 1/2 credit.

He's going to spend a BILLION DOLLARS in total attack mode. He can't run on his record. He finally has a record, other than hanging out with radicals and voting present. Newt actually has it right on Afghan. I'm not interested one whit in "nation building" as that place will go back to the stone age once we are gone. We have some bad guys to get after, that's it.
