SubRopes -> Pony (Heel-less) High heels (12/1/2011 11:23:20 AM)

Just wondering if anyone has a pair or has ever worn a pair of "pony" heels or heel-less high heels?

Really just wondering how much different is it to stand / walk in them. What does it feel like? Are they really that difficult to wear (I have heard conflicting opinions)? Etc..

Just curious, thought it might make a good discussion.

Can you post a pic of the heel-less high heels?

I generally keep most of my weight on the ball of my foot in heels anyway so I imagine they wouldn't be too bad. I don't like how they look though and haven't done anything with pony play before.

You can watch videos on youtube; depend on how high the arch is, I guess. I've never worn them, but if the arch is more like a regular pair of high heels (they reinforce it), it seems to be easier. The higher ones seem really inelegant. :p

Yep. That's exactly what I need. (if I want to break something!!!) I don't think I'd last ten minutes in those.

most of them are the same as ballet heels

I'd say similar to, but not the same, as they are designed a little differently. They look just as hard to walk in though. I've long had my eye on the pair linked below, but they are too expensive for poor little me to hope to afford.

There's a video of some. Every time she takes a step, it looks like her ankle is going to pop out. :p

But these -- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qYB8FKAIb58&feature=related -- are lower in the arch, and the walking seems more normal.

I like the name "Punitive Shoes" -- that seems very fitting.
The really high ones seem more like a kind of hobble, which is totally cool. I like the look of them, they're kind of like a type of bondage, at least in my brain. I like strict things, or contortion. :p
