I have to say that it's difficult to argue with his conclusions, especially when he states that a major chunk of the aid we pay ends up in the hands of anti-American terrorist groups.

Still want to get to the bottom of that friendly fire incident.

IMO, they are frienemies.They are multi-dimensional and not everyone there hates us.But some do.

We should chill before doing tit for tat or making a move.My guess is that`s what will happen.
