Having destroyed a few strap-on harnesses in My time, I suggest a heavy-duty leather harness, made to measure.

actually....there are some solutions...but they aren't for the faint of heart.  It involves shaving one's pubic area completely, and using a surgical adhesive for prosthetic devices...and an incredibly expensive prosthetic (upwards from $500)  But the end result is remarkably real.  The down side:  you'll be wearing it awhile.....a long while...

edited to add: I've used the Texas Two-Strap and the all-leather Terra-Firma and both work GREAT.  I've also used just a pair of 501 button fly daisy-dukes--and they work better than anything!

Those were pre-T....so that was about 30 lbs ago....although for the right price....I can cut myself a new pair of DD's...;-)

yeah, well....Testosterone took care of that.  I eat for three, now....
