Hi, I am looking for a question letter/list I can sent to a slave with questions about their interests, painlevel ...
I had one but I can't find it anymore.
Does anybody has an idea where I can find one.
I searched already the forum but I couldn't find anything

By the way, is that item on the far left something YOU wear or something you want your partner to wear? Because really? Used clothes that are going to touch the crotch are a complete turnoff.

If You put BDSMchecklist in Google it will turn Up a number of lists for You to decide which is the best to use or to have filled out

Reading your question here it's very easy to assume you are a female Domme. This IS the Ask A Mistress forum. You asked what could be a question a female Domme might ask of others in the forum. By the way, you have to admit that your arm binders look very much like a piece of lingerie in the small picture.
