Might we now hesitate in hiring a speech writer for Tebows Induction ceremony into the Pro Football Hall of Fame ?
Yanno catch our breath for a moment or two and actually watch this guy throw the old pigskin for a bit

So you won't give him credit when they win but when they lose it's squarely on his shoulders?

I'm still waiting for him to get on his knees in his signature pose and thank God for the two back-to-back losses and two absolutely abysmal passing games.

Until then, he's just like all the rest who thank God when they win, but are silent about him when they lose... as though God cares about the outcome of a football game.

Loved it.  Is the mighty over-rated one falling?

It's not that he is "over-rated"...that would seem to indicate he is an actual NFL Quaterback. He isn't,and my guess is that he will never be so,that throwing motion just is not up to snuff. It is as if a guy is in a tittle fight...but never learned how to throw a right cross correctly,he is in over his head.
I'm hoping it becomes three in a row....ad they miss out on the playoffs....so that the conversation can return to actual QBs and their teams entering the playoffs.

Maybe you should read a bit before you criticize people.

An NFL writer talked to him after the Pats loss and asked him how his faith affects him in losses as opposed to wins, his response was something along the lines of:

"It's not any different. God is still God. Jesus is still my savior and there are more important things going on than what happens on the field."

He then went and spent time with a girl who had a brain tumor.

So you should probably not post anymore, thanks.

Aw, it's cute that you talk about football when you barely understand the game at all.

It's you who should read (or think) before you post. I plainly stated what I expected to see and have yet to. What he said in a post game interview is irrelevant. I said I wanted him to plainly -- in a press conference -- state that he thanks God for the loss, period. Not that "God is still God," (no shit, really?) Either that, or I want to see him on the field on his knees in his signature pose thanking God for losing. So far, we've only seen that pose after a touchdown pass or a victory, not after a loss. And so far, in those lovely press conferences following a game, we've only heard him "thank God" when he wins. Just like all the other "religious" athletes.

Funny, I was just thinking the same about you. And I'm not the only one, apparently.

He thanks God for everything that he has. He thanks God for the opportunity to play in every game. He thanks God for the platform he has to help people.

Learn to read between the lines, fwiend.

I'm a freaking agnostic and I can't even grasp why some of you are so butt-hurt by the kid.

No DQ,you aren't the only one.Seems the Raptor guy is auditioning for CM's MIP(most ignorant poster) award. He will need to go some to surpass some of our more colorful posters from the P and R pages though

Is there any reason he can not do so in private. There is a touch of protilyzing going on there.
And yes I have a right to find that more than mildly annoying....but that is just me nit picking,my real beef is that he can't play the position and yet he is garnering attention way out of proportion to his talent or his performance.....and the fact that you can not see/or acknowledge that tells that you are completely irrational on this subject.Face it Raptor guy....you have a man crush on the left handed hurler of wobbley balls

Only thing that matters is how good he looks making those touchdowns.

Merry Christmas to you too!

No. Not between the lines. Plainly stated. He plainly states his thanks when he wins. I want to hear it when he loses.

Ya' know...I was noticing an alarming frequency of the wobbly passes....each and every time he threw a pick.
