Hi TJ

Actually, they did have Eunice Gayson in the first two playing Sylvia Trench who was something of Bond's girlfriend. As its been observed- Bond didn't necessarily have good luck with the ladies- they kept dying on him. Pierce caught that one well- it was a bit depressing. I suspect that there's something of a link between Bond and vampire novels- women seem to be attracted to men that kill them...I'm not sure I quite get this, but I'll be the first to admit I don't understand women.

From a movie standpoint- if the women keep dying when they hang around Bond- well, yeah, there better be a good supply or things are just gonna get really depressing. The novels also didn't have women repeating either, and the movies tend to at least pull the main characters from the novels.

It's either I really like the movies and the women in the favorite movies get pulled along, or the women help make the movie. I tend to think it's the latter.

Sam

I have no idea as I don't watch them. (I'd rather watch Austin Powers) but HM says Sean Connery hands down.

Sean Connery -- let's face it he gets extra points for the accent alone.

And he has aged *very* well.
