If I got one, I´d probably tie myself in knots, fall over and have to be rescued by firemen.

Where DO you get one??

They're available everywhere.  Google 'Magic Scarf'.

I used to have one of these, a black one. ^_^ It was awesome.
I might get another actually... They catch lint like nobody's business, but they're snuggly and you can turn them into so many things.

Just be prepared to pick lint -- and if you have sheddy pets? Don't let your pet anywhere near the thing. Hahaha ^_^

You're welcome Annie. I've never seen anything like it before, and was both impressed and a bit disturbed how the bloody thing seemed to have a life all of its own. Cute, and creepy!

Sadly, no. Shipping would be prohibitive.

Thanks!

http://www.amazon.com/MIA-Magic-Scarf-Knit-Black/dp/B001JT0YP2/ref=sr_1_2?s=apparel&ie=UTF8&qid=1323567734&sr=1-2

(Warning - they shed)

Read a bunch of reviews on various Amazon listings and there were a lot of complaints that the scarf was not wide enough so perhaps not the same as the video.

A lot depends on how "wide" the wearer is.  I had one (just lost it a few days ago actuall).  Easy to stretch for over the head for a neck wrap, also easy as a tube top.  As a dress, they are see through.  I'm sure a lot of people here might not care about that aspect, but just sayin.

LH, you are a knitter, you could make one to speck very easy.  They are not a stockinette stitch, just knit straight thought.  Knit the same kind of tube you would for socks, only bigger.  Use the very thin, angora style yarn for what is shown, any kind you want if you are designing it yourself.  Thinner yarns just work better.

Cute for sure but god damn, between the chick modeling that couldn't stand still and the jiggety camera person I nearly got motion sickness trying to watch the clip!

And yes, they do seem to have a life of their own. I will just take the cute girl's boots and dress! (and maybe the cute girl.......give her a good reason to be hopping around like that)
