I'm not a sanguinarian, but I am a sadist with a blood fetish. Yes I've drank blood. Given it up as a donor too. When it was given it had nothing to do with bdsm though. It was many years ago and for a few vampiric friends. As for when I play with blood now, it only happens with those very close to me. I don't play blood sport with randoms for the obvious reasons. It's really not hard to work it into play....beat them, cut them, poke them, they bleed. Needles, knives, finger nails, etc. It isn't something I do regularly because I'm rather sure if I did someone woud be dead by now.
