I have found that my sense of humor doesn't translate well to text. So, I think I am going to use that 'coding" a lot, from now on.

It's probably why it's a good thing that when I'm writing for work, I leave the jokes out of it (mostly) and why I'm thinking about getting involved in these "audio journals" on the other side of the site. I haven't done one, yet but, I'm seriously considering it.

Nah. It hardly requires it's own thread.

I know I'm gonna get fried for this but, I find 85-90% of the profiles on this site to be shudder-fests, in one way or another. I am immensely grateful for the fact that we can view a good portion of the profiles in the "preview" feature (it cuts down the amount of people thinking we've showed interest and sending us e-mails that we really don't want to answer).

I think only those with the shudder-worthy profiles who know they have them will take offense, DS, whereas the quality ppl will just nod and laugh accordingly. No worries.
