I would say anyone that would contribute to Trump's Possible-Maybe-If-There-Is-No-One-Else Campaign and vote for him if he possibly does run and maybe if he makes it all the way to election day... those people would be completely batshit crazy! He would make a great Prez tho, he'd show the world what fer.. [8\|] But in reality he has no intention of running, cuz if he really wanted to he could let one of his kids that has been on his show do it (probably get better ratings without him too).

The possibility of a future Trump run was the LAST reason the GOP wanted to kill this "debate". On top of that,the GOP has squat to say about who debates,how and where. Trumps coward reason for calling it off was that the GOP didn`t want it.Any combination of the candidates could meet any time they wanted to debate anywhere they wanted without he RNC or anyone`s permission. Everyone but newty saw disaster written on the wall. That,is why this thing died. I`m bummed.

Not that it's really relevent, anymore but, how can someone who is saying that they might be interested in running able to seriously try to convince us that they can be a good *moderator* for a debate? Impartiality? Conflict of interest? Forget the fact that nothing in his background (to me) makes him a viable candidate to steward a political debate. Peace and comfort, Michael

Carter played ball. The Kennedys' didn't and weren't going to, so all 3 had to go. Reagan wasn't playing ball...until they shot him and that only took 69 days in office. Have you noticed the big things that haven't changed with Obama ? He too is playing ball because he too...wants to stay alive. I hope Trump does run so he'll hire a few temps, get his butt kicked, be humbled for about 2 minutes and then he gets to tell all of employees 'you're fired' and then go home and hopefully shut up. All but that last would likely happen.
