ORIGINAL: DarkSteven And evidently his consulting didn't tell them to tell Congress the truth: http://www.denverpost.com/business/ci_19561972 Now just hold on here a second...... Let's look at the facts: He's a serial cheater (and he was cheating on his then wife when he personally orchestrated impeachment proceedings against Clinton for getting a blow job...talk about hypocrisy), he's extracted money from all sides of just about every argument and it's been paid for (essentially) by the taxpayers, he mumbles (so you can't really be certain he really said what he just said), he's taken every side of every issue, was fined 300 grand for lying to Congress....what's not to like? Now...on to another subject.... I have to say, this is the singularly BEST political ad I've ever seen in my life: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hRdqGKA782A I remember back a few years when Perot was running for Prez (and we owed 4 trillion), my Mom asked me "who do you plan on voting for?" and I said "Perot". She then lit into me about how he was unelectable and how I should vote for the one who could actually get in (electable). I explained to her that as an American, it was my responsibility to vote for the best person for the job...not who was electable. I believe that had more people voted their conscience, Perot would have had 8 years to clean up the mess and probably would have done a relatively decent job, but instead, we had more presidents who didn't want the punch bowl to be taken away on their watch. Every election my Mom tells me "THIS election is the MOST important one in (her) lifetime". Something tells me she'd be right this time. I hope more people, this time, vote their conscience, instead of for who's most electable. And whoever that is for you...I hope you vote for that person.
