Well, OBL is dead, and so that paperwork is neither here nor there.  So you have credible citations of anything there regarding handing over, or the vice versa, or what investigations should be made that arent widely known to other than the teabaggers, or we just take your word for all this or?

Everybody who was alive and watched the news immediately after 9/11 should remember Bush government communication with Taliban leader. Tebabggers then were not born yet.

What "per se" are they???
Fanatized coranic students who want to establish a fundamentalist regime in Afghanistan. This is what they are.
In the 80's that meant that they would have been allies of the US against the Soviet Union.
Can I help you with some other question, Mr. FatDomDaddy ?

I do not really care about the propaganda. You may believe what you wish. We live in the MARIX after all.
One can follow the timeline looking at known facts and make up their mind. [ http://www.historycommons.org/timeline.jsp?timeline=complete_911_timeline&complete_911_timeline__war_on_terrorism__outside_iraq=afghanistan ]. I conclude, the US wanted ta start a war, 9/11 was just an excuse to do so.
Here are the raw facts. Sept 16, 2001. A secret meeting takes place between Taliban and US government representatives in the city of Quetta, Pakistan. Afghan-American businessman Kabir Mohabbat serves as a middleman. US officials deny the meeting takes place, but later in the month Mohabbat explains that the US demands the Taliban hand over bin Laden, extradite foreign members of al-Qaeda who are wanted in their home countries, and shut down bin Laden’s bases and camps. Mohabbat claims that the Taliban agrees to meet all the demands. However, some days later he is told the US position has changed and the Taliban must surrender or be killed. Later in the month, the Taliban again agrees to hand over bin Laden unconditionally, but the US replies that “the train had moved.” [CBS News, 9/25/2001; ]

Biden is just lucky he is a Democrat.

What does it say about our President and Vice President when you're dumber than Sarah Palin?

Well, at least they can pull his strings, except when he goes off the reservation with one of his gaffes.
