Man is an animal. Supposed to be a rational animal. Obviously this fool is an exception to that. So what I see here is one dumb animal teasing another until karma intervened. Yea for Karma!!!!!!!! Serves him right. My only concern is that the fool will then take it out on the frog.

This reminds me of this other idiot who on finding a fer de lance in a Costa Rican forest decides to start poking it with a stick. Also remember reading about someone killed when their 'pet' West African gaboon viper bit them. Some people shouldn't be allowed to keep anything more than a tortoise and even then they should still be monitored.

My opinion is most people shouldn't have ANY pets, domestic or otherwise. The pets always seem to end up with the short end of the stick.
