Maybe 15 years ago I had met a Domme who was into getting he subs to be physically fit, big stron and ripped. She would make me do pushups till muscle failure, then sit ups till muscle failure, then leg lunges till muscle failure, then standing on my toes till muscle failure etc. Then start the cycle over again. She also told me what i could and couldn't eat. At the time i was really into working out so it was kind of cool. She wanted to get her slave to look like someone out of a muscle and fitness mag.
The problem was within 3 weeks of meeting her online and like 8 days of RT, she wanted to control almost every aspect of my life. Which was way too fast and probably to much for me.
But to answer Your question there is at least one Domme out there.
