Hello everyone,
My Domme wants me to purchase a cock ring. One as shown in the link that fits around the base of the cock and scrotum. Is it safe to wear this all the time as long as it isnt too tight? Or can I only wear it for short periods of times?

you can wear it as much as you want.

if you use metal ones or weighted ones your only concern would be testicular stretching if that's not what you want.

but that particular harness device doesn't place an emphasis on the balls. rather men usually use those, or the ones that go only around the base of the cock as a means to maintain erection.

you can wear that one 24/7 and it wouldn't matter a bit unless it was too tight and severely adversely affected blood flow.

Dear digitalslave31, Ladies and Gentlemen;

The cock ring that is listed doesn't seem to be bad at all. I like the velcro adjustments, so that it can custom fit. Not like the 'old days' that I am familiar with, where nothing off the shelf per se, was custom fitted. So, I use to wrap men's goodies as to be custom fitted.

If you are too tight in wrapping, you'll put pressure on the Bulbo-urethral gland, which will cause trouble for urination, even after a bit after its free entirely from bondage.

I would go with any clamp/bondage safety recommendations. I've gone with the rule, that I change bondage every 10-15 minutes.

Cock rings are to help keep hard longer. By getting an erection, it applys pressure onto the root of the cock, keeping the corpus cavernosum penis engorged in blood, thus keeping the penile urethra firm and erection complete and, slows the return circulation down, slowing the corpus cavernosum penis area from emptying too fast.
A doctor can explain this also.

don't use a cockring longer than 30 minutes when having an erection.
if it is really tight.
there are chances of blood clotting...
you don't want a clot going to 'pop 'a vessel in your brain do you?
and besides that,using it very often isn't very healthy for the vessels in your cock either..they will be damaged in time.

viewed the link... no real comment about that particular cock ring & everyone else pretty much covered the subject about usage...

BUT
