"Bigotry" pops? Exactly what is bigoted here? You'll have to point it out precisely and explain what you mean.

Polite's question to you refers to an obvious well known fact - Obama is the first black President in US history - and asks why this shouldn't be considered an accomplishment. I see no reason to read anything more than that into Polite's words.

You are seeing "bigotry" there. Thus far, it seems that you are the only one that sees it - so educate the rest of us. Point out the bigoted bits and explain why (in your view) they're bigoted.

Or is this merely an exercise to obfuscate the meaning of bigotry, to render it meaningless?

as in...

Yes we can but first we have to wait for the tantrums in Congress to calm down, wait for the diapers to be changed, the bottles to be passed out, the naps to be taken, before we can even find out what they are going to whine about this time in order to half ass make their attempts of saying another blanket "NO"

Maybe you can demonstrate how it's less transparent than the chimp's was. Which wars has he been fighting off the books in order to hide the expense from the taxpayer? Which government affairs has he conducted (illegally, it's worth noting) through private, non governmental email in a bid to keep it out of the government records? Which incompetent idiots who couldn't run a piss up at a brewery has he appointed as the head of FEMA because he used to play golf with them? Which of the huge contracts that were appointed to Haliburton were tendered for by rival companies as well?

Beside that, did Obama promise that his administration would be only slightly more transparent than Bushs? Or that he wouldnt honor his promises because of Bush?

Im not following your logic here, which is a big part of why I chose not to respond.

So it should have been, "yes we can, but I don't know how?" How quickly we forget who had control of the White House, and both chambers of Congress for two years.

Same question I posed to popeye, are you really suggesting that no one in the US refused to vote for Obama becasue he is black.

As for myself, I am not bigotted against Americans, just intolerent of racists.
