Many of my nerd friends (I realize that 'nerd' and 'my friends' is redundant) have already seen this, but for the rest of you.. damn.

Suffice to say, if you're a PR marketing guy and you feel like you can rant, no one will notice if you give a really unprofessional ridiculously inappropriate reply to a customer with a legitimate complaint, DON'T DO It! And here's why:

My God.  The customer was much more patient than I would have been.  Nobody like that guy should even THINK about going into PR and marketing.

He evidently had gotten to his job by claims and threats, not by performance.

And notice the huge difference in tone between his boasting, threatening messages and his sniveling whining ones.

It's even better.  The majority of his website, including the "ethics" section, were stolen from other websites. He's a real piece of work.

serves him right, what DID he think he was doing. Customers arent ALWAYS right, but sweet gawd, you dont treat them like a snot nosed asshole. ESPECIALLY when you are contracted to a company that you dont own.

I skyped my sons and they had heard , but hadnt got as much info, which they then proceeded to share with THEIR friends they also said they felt weird that mom was nerdier than them LMAO so thanks:)
