Some of us do have to rely on deer meat as part of our diet, labor. Healthiest meat around and cheaper on the pocketbook as well. Which reminds me, I got venison chili in the freezer back home.

Now I am craving a nice rare steak. I think that, since I really cannot afford the usual seafood pig out we usually have for New Year's Eve, I will stop at the market and get a couple of rib eyes and fire up the new grill I got for Christmas.
