Casual and comfortable is the usual rule. I am expected to wear bra and panties that match, even if nobody is going to see them; he'll know, and that is enough. But over that, jeans, t-shirts, socks, and tennis shoes or field boots are the usual choices. This is also true in the house and around the farm. To save on the electric bill, we do not keep the house temperature warm enough to permit comfortable nudity, and I am hypersensitive to cold on my skin, so I'll head down into shockiness (think the polar opposite of heatstroke) if I get too cold. He takes the conditions of the household, the fact that we live on a farm and I have work I need to do, and the fact that we have four large, active dogs and four underfoot cats into consideration, and rescinded the rule about wearing long skirts in the house when it became apparent that the skirts were cat attractants. I am expected to dress appropriately to the occasion. A recent fancy dinner out saw me in evening wear, with heels. Picking blackberries will see me dressed to protect myself against thorns and the stinging nettles that grow among the blackberry bushes. Nudity may be required in high summer, but not if the dogs are inside. Nudity *is* required in bed, all year 'round.
