Those are so neat. I imagine Starbucks holding a training class in the near future. :)
Am I the only one who thought a few of those started off looking like derrieres?

I always liked the look of coffee art and thought I might try one sometime. But holy smokes.. how much cream do they use? And it is so thick!

I wonder if it would work with soy milk. That is thicker than regular milk but not as fattening as the cream.
