I reallllllllllllly liked that there is a camera mounted on the tail so you can watch landing and take off (for that alone, I'd love to take a trip like that, at night, so I could FINALLY see what the pilots see when landing; i.e. the runway lights)

My parents flew on 1 to Hong Kong on the way to Europe. They thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Greedy,  If you check on youtube there are all sorts of nighttime cockpit videos posted.
More runway lights than you can count.  Here is Newark 

Here is Hongkong         Here is a 737 Engine Start and Take Off

If you type "night cockpit" at youtube This is the List     
I don't think they are all flight simulator although some undoubtedly are.
