Theory: put corn in a pressure chamber and heat it. Rotate the chamber to avoid burning. Moisture builds the pressure inside the chamber and inside the kernels.

When the chamber is opened, pressure is released and the kernels explode into popcorn.

I bet it would be a fun Mythbusters episode...

It's misleading because the video says popcorn but it's hard to tell if it's rice or not. The clarity isn't very good.
