Yeah well...I think that after she gets off probation, she's going to try to turn herself into an internet celebrity. I bet she'll be doing cam shows and all kinds of interesting things. Think "Chicago" (the show) but in real life. (and with an innocent baby as the victim instead of a philandering dickhead.) : (

Actually, evidence suggested that her father might have been the culprit. And since he was a retired detective the police didn't investigate him properly.

The defense put on a big show of trying to blame the father, remember? They never presented any evidence to support that, but they certainly made the claim (repeatedly). If I remember correctly, the defense was even admonished to stop with their claims against the father, i.e. he was the murderer and abuse the defendent her whole life, since they didn't present any evidence to support their claim.

Ever notice how rare it is that people are actually innocent if you ask the average member of the commentariat? If the DA goes to trial, they must be guilty. Makes me wonder why we even have trials - clearly we could just let the DA decide who's guilty and save a fortune in court costs.

Or it could be that people whose cases go all the way to trial ARE rarely innocent because prosectors carefully screen their cases, only take the ones to trial that they think they can win, and have better investigative tools than ever. In short, DAs DO decide who is guilty, but they still have to prove it.

I have no opinion one way or the other on Anthony, but if she is a murderer walking free, she is hardly the only one. DAs screening their cases also means that a lot of murderers never go to trial if the DA doesn't believe there is sufficient evidence to win.

I get the sense there's far more going on with that family than meets the private/public eye. Mind you, what I will share is COMPLETELY based upon MY senses, and nothing else.

Before I ever even knew what was going on, what the story was, and who the players were, upon first seeing a pic of Caylee, I picked up strong incest vibes.

Upon seeing videos of Casey, and watching her movements and hearing her talk, I got early and inappropriate hyper-sexualization, also possibly of an incestuous origin. I find her flighty, irrational, unstable, narcissistic, and possibly a strong disassociative, at the very least.

The emotions, words and responses of both parents just don't seem to be natural, or sync up with their bodies or physical actions, which signals deceit and duplicity to me.

On most other cases, more often than not, I can get a very clear hit on who the murderer is, but I cannot get a clear reading as to whether Casey or her dad, or both, or others were involved in the childs demise, and would very much love to see this case resolved.

One other thing, I'm willing to bet this is even bigger than just the family.

Admittedly, I am not a news hound, so this is the first I've heard of Casey speaking of being sexually abused by family members. If true, this would validate my suspicions. Anyone else know anything about this?
