I work away from home every two weeks out of three. Does anyone have any hints and/or tips or experience in maintaining a D/s relationship and control of a sub. in similar circumstances? Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Tell her that she is not that hard to replace... Once the sub gets the upper hand, it is all down hill for the Dom....

Do a search for "long distance relationships" IMO- don't change anything, just keep busy and keep in regular contact. But if you're into rituals, some people really like them.

Sorry if I'm not wording this very well. Telling someone that they're expendable is just insulting and could be seen as a threat. Unless that's what you mean it as, I wouldn't say something like that. Long distance relationships are a different breed than daily ones, IMHO. You can't exercise the same degree of control. You can make lists and assign tasks and trust that this will keep her engaged. Maybe it will. If it doesn't, you'll find out about it before too long, I'm sure. zuma

Just some thoughts...........Keeping in contact by phone, asking the right questions, allow her to realise that your finger is still on the pulse even though you're not present. agirl

i will respect your thoughts but i disagree... Anyone can be replaced... He has to trust her to be a good sub just as much as she has to trust Him...
