I doubt that anyone will be able to use that name for a long time. (if ever) I used a certain sock (that many of you know I used) and could not log back into it, but also could not re-make it. It's still there, but I'm effectively locked out.

I am sure there is a period where it cant be re-used (just like telephone numbers?) but once that time is up its fair game.. There was one poster i saw, under his avatar it said he joined in 2008 but when i looked at his profile, it said he joined in 2010...

I think the different join dates between this sideand the other side can be explained by when one first signs up for one or the other.

The example i cited was his profile was 2010 and his forum post av thingie said 2008, so the posts were older than his profile was.. Its not possible to post on the forum before having a profile registered on the other side first, is it?

I just logged all the way (both sides). When I clicked on the link to the forums, at the top left there's a button to create an account.
