I found that wearing the 6000 has one intrinsic problem: moisture from urine, sweat, and condensation becomes too easily trapped between the smooth interior of the 6000 and the skin of the penis. Wet skin is unhappy skin, and prone to breakdown, yeast, and serious infection. A 6000 wearer should be extricated at least once weekly (unlocked while chained down securely, washed, shaved, lotioned, and allowed to dry naturally) or should alternate between 6000 and 2000. Proper hygiene in the 6000 is difficult and problematic at best, and near impossible at worst. The main problem with any ring-based chastity is that if you can place the ring on - you can just as easily slide your cock out again while flaccid. I came up with a belt design with a front shield to prevent access to the penis, but a more foolproof way to prevent removal of the penis is to pierce the penis at the opening of the urethra with a small ring and to superglue or epoxy the bead shut and then to thread that ring through the end of the 2000 and use a small lock to secure it, preventing rearwards pullout from the 2000. If the ring needs to be changed then it can be cut out with a pair of nippers or cutting pliers, but the change will be noticeable to the male's owner. The problem with the A/B ring design of the CB series is that if your testicles "draw" up they can rack themselves quite painfully against the rings, or if you become aroused the engorging penis can painfully stretch the scrotum as it attempts to become fully erect. Aside from incorporating a belt with tethers that run up the buttocks to the rear belt, there is no way to ensure the A ring stays tight to the body. The tighter the ring is to the body, the less movement possible for the scrotum to "rack" itself against the rings.
