Well you know this works both ways, women can become quite sensitive after an orgasm too.
When it comes to genitalia, I've never been sensitive that way, i.e., post orgasm, but a ruined orgasm can be equisite torture - i.e., stopping right at the edge, and keeping it there as long as possible rather than a sharp, violent release, hovering in that place where the lightest touch can send you over the edge - it seems to drag a lot more nerve endings into play, from thighs to belly, the whole pelvic region, shivers up and down my spine, the whole nine yards.
I think ideally, as a form of femdom, the trick is getting a man to ejaculate without experiencing a full orgasm.
So far I've never met a woman who could do that to me though, it's something I have to control myself, they're usually bucking, and snorting, and too wrapped up in their own thing to pay attention to me, I'm gonna have to train a slut to do that I guess.
In fact I'm told the trick to an anal orgasm is to keep going until they beg you to stop because it feels too good, then pick up the pace.
